    I would like to reiterate that even though the event details have not been presented yet, this is not going to just be a handout giveaway. There will be lots to do :).

    Since the posting of the prize list, I have received several in game PM's telling me to "stop lying" and "stop trying to scam". The replies on the thread itself also died. After talking to faction members about this, it was brought to my attention that many players might be taking one look at it and thinking that there's no way another player, or group of players, would spend so much out of their own pockets for an event for everyone else. Thus they came to the conclusion that it was either a blatant lie or an attempt to scam.

    I have done my best to make the Beloved faction known for, if nothing else, the honesty and good willed nature of its members. So I'm really very curious, how many of you out there took one look at this thread, and the event list, and said to yourself "there's no way this is ever going to happen." ?

    I'm not surprised some people assume anything this good must be a scam. We've kind of conditioned them to think that with all the "buyer beware" reactions to all the scam reports. But, I'd be very surprised if anyone who knows Beloved at all (even just seeing that you guys have organized the whole boss bash) would assume it is a scam.

    Ah well, most boss bash requests come directly to beloved members these days. And even more directly to vinny and myself. I need to go through it and remove anyone who is no longer active.

    Beloved rocks. Good bunch of people. And coming from me, that actually does say a lot, because I personally think the majority of people in this game are not worth wasting spit on, let alone respecting. They have my respect.

    For those worried that International Players will miss out, I know for a fact Hisuna is not doing this all by her lonesome and that there will likely be good coverage over a time-window that allows participation across Europe and the Americas at least.

    For those nay-sayers that think Hisuna is a liar or a scammer, get a clue... if you want to **** her off, you have to say "You're so NICE!" *lol*

    For a faction, and an individual in particular, that has always helped me and my friends in boss-bashing, I know this event is for real and for any that choose to believe otherwise, well that's you're loss (my sympathies to you for giving in to your cynicism rather than rejoicing in the sharing others are willing to offer).

    For those of you who know of Beloved, spread the word among your friends on Sanctuary... this is going to be one hell of an event! :D

    I apologize, I didn't sift through all of the pages of this topic. But I did want to say thank you so much; this is the kind of thing that I play MMOs for. Multiplayer games involve multiplayer involvement, after all. =)

    The scam accusations stopped awhile ago, haven't had anymore trouble with those. Though I must admit I'm confused why I ever got them in the first place when the original post clearly states it costs nothing to participate. There's a good chance it may have just been people who don't like me personally lol.

    I can't wait for this event! I read through the entire thread, and personally think that it'll be awesome. I got the link to this thread on my faction forum (many thanks, Jaggerjaques!), so I'm pretty sure the word is getting out.

    Hope to hear more updates on this, as the days are flying by fast and December is just around the corner.

    I am new and have read through this entire thread. My hat is off to the Beloved Faction as it is apparent that your reputation of honest and generosity is well known in the server.

    I do look forward to participating and would like to express you sincere appreciation that lower levels will also be included in this fine event. It truly is a rarity that such events reach out to all participants on a server.

    Makes one feel more comfortable that they chose the right server to begin their journey in Perfect World.

    As far as I'm aware we're not very well known at all lol. Beloved is actually a very small faction that simply has a member majority that likes to do things like this. People that interact with us directly (through boss bash or previous events and such) might think of us that way. The large majority of us are adults that work 40+ hours a week, have families, etc... So we're not really that active. It's just when we do play, we like to help and hold events, it's fun for us to watch everyone and have a good time and see the server come together for more than just bickering and complaining.

    While we have tried to make the event accessible to as many players as possible, anyone under level 20 will have a hard time of it, since the basic waypoints (archosaur, city of the lost, etherblade, city of the plume) will be needed.

    An event like this sounds like it could be quite a lot of fun and I look forward to participating. I'll keep a look out at the thread here for more info as you post it.


    ....an more power to you and your guild for putting out the effort to bring this and any other kind of player driven event to the server. Can't be easy work and I am sure it can be fairly thankless at the best of times, so.... from me anyway, thanks. b:victory

    This event is on track and is still scheduled for the weekend of the 19th and 20th. (although it will only happen on one of those two days. All details coming monday the 7th.) If all goes according to plan, it should be loads of fun.
