    Ummm we already crossed this bridge and I finally received my zen, but we weren't ever truly updated on the situation. We would complain and someone would tell us they were working on it. We were even told that it would be resolved before today only to be let down, so I'm glad the admins worked hard to get this settled, but you're wrong. The best description we received is that this issue only happened to a few people.

    Go find the post (previous to xarfox's last post) where the situation was explained in full. I'll be waiting...

    Telling someone to mail a admin isn't filling us in, and my friend do you know what happened when we mailed
    customer service or admins? Well for a few days nothing at all happened and that's why you see the last few pages of complaining jeez

    I didn't want to get back in to this, but I'm a debater lol. bonghit I'm very grateful that the Admins came through, but I'm not going to front as if it were a smooth ride. SO I won't be posting in this thread anymore. THANKS ADMINS. The first 3quarters were rough, but youwere clutch when it counted. Laters
