First of all learn to read. I never said I liked wow, hell I never said I even played wow you hob goblin. Second, you're in the minority, majority of americans don't like to grind, why do you think bots are so popular? why do you think one of the hardest grinding games out right now is full of bots? cough silkroad cough. Please try again son.

Oh and isn't Europe getting their own server? again please try again.

Please posts scientific study that shows most americans don't like to grind? Bots are so popular because they farm gold for companies to sell, so what does that prove? Most americans don't bot, they are usually the viet or cn, the known gold farmers. Europe may be getting their own server but they will not be IP blocked here. Again I will emphasize the name: Perfect World International

Also, stop comparing these servers to MY servers, they are not the same.
When you change reasons you must also change your appeals.

    My example:
    McDonalds.
here they serve the basic fastfoods and fries.
    HOWEVER
    http://www.mcdonalds.com.tw/
Go there and order rice, or even corn with your meal.
When you change regions, you must change to appeal to the members of that region.

This is all i've been trying to say. :)

he is right. While the game is centered here, it is meant for any country that does not already have a PW server.
Europe, although they are getting one eventually, will not be IP blocked.

Mostly the same =/= the same.
Also, most of those places are pretty close regionally speaking. The US has always been unique in it's views and what types of things that they support. I do not agree on keeping the servers exactly the same as past versions because It is not the same target market.

If people can't understand what I'm trying to say then please at least understand this post. Its really common sense. I'm done.

I think you can't comprehend the word international.

Also don't call me an idiot, this is a debate, not a flame fest. You don't see me throwing around fooolish name calling.

They stated that every region that has a PW will be IP blocked here, there was just a topic on it on the front page the other day. Also they have the american flag posted, that says all I need to know.

Europe countries without a Server are not blocked, and will not be blocked when the Euro server comes out.

The Euro version is built specifically to accommodate non English speaking people, that is why they refer to their version as multilingual. There is many languages spoken in Europe like French, German, Polish etc.

It's called a debate. If you can't handle the other sides viewpoint, don't participate. I don't think of arcane as disrespectful because he has a different viewpoint than me.

Agreed and there's no debate,if you want to "debate" go make a thread and do so. The only thing posted in this topic should be regarding PvP mechanics,

I thought it was already implied in the word "international" but I guess some people just have to see it listed :p

That is of course, if you know what I mean ;3

I was just wondering that since you'll be having a PK optional and PK enabled server will the PK punishments be the same as they were on the MY version? Like 2 hours+ to red for PKing a white etc.? Or will be able to get say 5-10 PK's on whites before going red?
Frankieraye said : "we can promise that we will work to improve all facets of community, engineering, and customer service to ensure that something like this doesn't happen again."

(We are still waiting to see any improvements or changes beign implemented. More empty promises from PWI?)

I dont think that they will change the system, its just a different version not a new game -- whats so bad about the system anyway?

Nothings "bad" about it there's just little to no reward for PKing and huge disadvantages for being red.
