    Even after the maintenance this issue is still there .

    Earlier it took 1-5 tries to log in the past week. Now cant log at all. Past 30 min trying to connect and this *$#)($#@) arc client and its bs "check your internet connection" like its always the players fault and not this pos software that no one wants

    the Staff and developers dont care anymore , all they want is CASH for nothing we have not got a decent huge update for month and the game getting more bad and have many ERRORS , even GEARBOX Software just want to drive in expensive cars and live in huge houses and wear gold rings LOL ,, all we see in this game in ( CHARGE REWARDS and BOUTIQUE update ) GEARBOX Software have failed to understand to run a game , back in days there was 8 server and tons of players , but PWI let them down
    Money Money Money Money Money Money Money Money Money Money Money Money Money Money AINT everything , and still some players still put CASH into this GAME / Royal Casino LOL , BUT MY WALLET is CLOSED until we get everything FIXED and the GAME will GET a HUGE UPDATE .

    GOOD LUCK Ps ( i can figure out that many playere there have left the game over the YEARS and PWI Staff have lost HUGE CASH over the years by treat us so badly and keep ignore us and let us down we even get any information on what going on , when i began this game we have ( GM`s ) inside the game and we could chat to them , and they make lots of EVENT that time we had 8 Servers full of player and that time the player database was happy to play plus the ( GM´s ) send us lot of item throug Code . THE STAFF have Lost Control over the game .

    I am now gonna look for a new game. Ive played pwi since the beginning. never this bad even though some issues over the time

    Today, April 18, 2024, every time I try to log in, this message appears:
    "Login has timed out. Please check your network connection and try again.".
    The connection is perfect, but this message always appears.
    I just saw that the servers are up. If I try to log in using the "Repair" option, the game starts but reaches the login screen and crashes again when logging in with the same message.

    Yesterday it was the same thing, it took a while to get in, and they can't even say that the traffic was heavy, as the servers were all in the green, as shown in the following figureai8ohyl1eq0d.jpg

    It's the launcher, it is not any of our computers. This has been an issue for over a week now with no one from ARC addressing it. Please fix your game! I lost events last night and my dailies because of lack of a launcher.

    didnt see the old thread?

    Ive been told this should now be resolved.
    Please close arc and try to log in again if you are still haveing isssues.

    If your issues continue please log a ticket so the team can look into this further.

    As of 1h ago for me it wasnt completely "resolved". Its back to the way it was with 1-10 tries to get the game client to finally load. (compared to what it was the past 24h with 100% not loading client at all and just returning the timeout error)

    Last I heard they knew the issue was ongoing. But I'm unsure of state of play now.

    They know it's still an issue. There are still alot of players that have issues and frankly, even actually getting to log in after 10-15 mins if at all, is hardly satisfactory. My suggestion, inundate them with tickets until it's resolved. Charging goes through without any problem, what a surprise.
    Just took me 28mins to get past the timeout issue.

    I'll try to get an update when the offices open however at the moment in time I have not received any further updates on this current issue.

    If you are still having logging issues with the Arc system please submit a ticket.

    Also just to note this is only affecting Arc. Once you are logged into the game it should stay logged in if this is not the case can you please let me know.
