    since last nite after update i cant getting to game unless try 100 times!
    and its not just me when i ask pps after 3 ours retries others faced the same issue

      hey guys i started getting back into PWI after realising that most other games like this stink b:laugh
      i dont remember my PWI account name, like im talking the one to log into the game when its up on your computor. so if anyone can tell me anything about getting that back,. that would be awesome =)

      also, if anyone knows anyone whocan make me a half decent signiture, i would be greatful =)

      your account name is the same name you used to log onto the forums.

      also i left out that the email i registered with is inactive and does not work......... kind of a big thing to leave out.... =)

      ^^^THIS... Did u happen to read this? If u claim to use a different email addy to log into the forums, then essentially u have 2 accounts, count em... TWO accounts... so why not use the one u use to log into these forums...

      sorry, im just a noob...
      I cant log onto the game because i dont know my username......

      the email adress i used to log into the forums is inactive, but yet i still use it to log into the forums.

      when i try to log into the game with an email..... it doesnt work, is there any way of seeing my account username that i can use to get into the game?

      If you click "Edit your Avatar" at the top it will show you your chars and the one without a class picture will be your account name.

      Edit: Never mind that'll be your nickname.

      Still you can go to "My account" once you've logged into the forums, im sure. Top of the page.

      Reactivate you email?

      Or wait until tomorrow 10 AM PST to contact support through Live Chat.

      *Forgot what time it was right now...go to support tab and contact Live Chat right now. They should be able to help.

      You cant use ur email to log in the game... sigh*

      Just to save yourself a headache and possible loss of braincells, just create a new account... no ones gonna miss your old account.

      Yeah I thought the same thing but the forums do allow you to log on using the email you registered with. I just had never tried it. b:surrender

      Submitting a ticket, reactivating your email account, or going to Live Chat are your only options.

      Neither have I, but i know for a fact you cannot log in the actual game with your email.

      But im still sticking with my suggestion to make a new account, quick, easy, painless, less stressful, and more importantly... you feel specialb:bye

      After Wednesday maintenance i can not log into my account it keeps telling me "Login has timed out. Please check your network connection and try again." I have log out and logged and even reboot my PC and still the same. Then i went and try to log my cleric and my mystic and they log fine. I want to log in my Seeker and if i can log my seeker i quit. What about daily login rewards? what about yearly glyph? am i missing out on daily events and wonderland and instances and trials with friends!!! and then i get comments like my PC too old!! its a brand new PC. i want to play PWI and if i cant play seeker i quit>> please fix my seeker!!!

      Me too since yesterday....took me an hour to get in. Today 45mins so far trying...got into ARC but when i click play it waits a while then says login timed out.
