08/15/23 [MAINT] PWI SERVER MAINTENANCE (COMPLETE)

Please feel free to update if needs be.
Maintenance tonight is expected to start around 23:00 PDT, I will try to update as I can for any changes.

* 08/15/23 23:00-03:00 PDT (8:00am - 12:00pm CET)
All times and dates are approximate to location and use MM/DD/YY

Maintenance is expected to last approximately 4 hours, so during that time you will not be able to access the live servers.
*Maintenance times are tentative and are subject to change at any time. Actual end times will vary depending on the progress of the maintenance.
Maintenance notes:
Evening all, Tonight is mainly just for a restart of the server tho there are some minor fixes as well.

    To be fair I'm out of town on this one is it just you can't get R9 at all or just can't get a pwi version?

    I know in the past they have delayed R9 for new classes tho I don't think the class is new new to say.

    Wildwalkers cant get our r9 version. Which means they also cant boundless version as well. So if they want to go g17 armor route, they need to take the long way through either r8 or base g17.

    Basically they need double of 4-1 mats that means 400 runs and thats alot of runs...

    DA hasnt been able to log for 2 hours. Started as not being able to log in ("Character list is unavailable'). Then everyone started to disconnect and now we can't log on to the DA server. Other servers seem to be fine.

    GM team was notified via live chat when the issue was occuring.

    So ive had confirmed that the team are looking into the issues, as of this post we do not have an ETA for this issue.

    Should anything change and I get a notification ill post and update.

    do u seriously dont know anything after 4 hours of problems on DA server? your paying players dont deserve answers? how about the chivalry points lost during all this time? do u really need to work on annoucements. u cant keep ppl in the dark like that.

    Im only a player my self, sadly i have access to as much information as you do. Yes I can ask but normally I get as much info as the standard player.

    From my standing at this point I can only confirm that there is an issue, The team know about the issue and are working to fix it.

    If you would like to get an update it may be worth trying the support team to see if they can give any further info.

    I got on PWI but only West. DA and East are down and no ETA

    Hi Hero,

    Appreciate all you do for us.

    How is it possible that all 3 other servers are still alive and its been 15 hours +- since the issue occured for DA and we still did not receive an official announcement of the situation? All the DA players are anxious and want to know what happened to their toons, progression, items, ... . It is a very unsettling situation for all of us.
