Server Issues.

So apparently a fix was applied late night.

If we are still having issues please say. And log a ticket with support.

Issuse remain.

The team have confirmed it's being looked into and is affecting other games FW.

No further updates from me now until early UTC time.

This is a mass response regarding the login issues to PWI and Forsaken World.

If you are receiving an invalid username/password error message when attempting to login to either PWI or Forsaken World, please try again now. This issue appears to be intermittent, so for now the only resolution is to either keep trying, or try again at a later time.

Our engineers are currently investigating the cause of the issue. We will update this ticket when the issue has been resolved.

    I've been trying to log in for some time now and I keep timing out. Anyone else having this same issue?

    The servers aren't down but it looks like there's an issue with the login servers. I noticed Etherblade is also having issues but I didn't check Tideswell or Dawnglory.

    My friends and I are having the same issue, cant log in west coast servers but others are fine

    You can log in but its really hard to do, theres a small window of few seconds once in a while where you can log in. Its pretty much just guessing and hope you make it in.
    The server itself isnt laggy when you first are online.

    Image doesn't seem to be updating for me. I see Twilight Temple server is back up at least

    EDIT: Now I can't log into Twilight Temple with my alt and Etherblade is going between having ping and having no ping hmmm lol

    EDIT 2: Twilight Temple and Etherblade seem to be up for now...fingers crossed

    Everything ok now?

    O can't see from where I am. TT and ET where offline for most of the maint so I get the feeling.

    Since last post was a few hours ago I'm guessing it's OK now?

    its 11:31 a.m. where i am. when i try to log into the game. the server lists shows etherblade/3000ms/population-medium. all other servers say 100-200ms/ population medium.
    i cannot connect to etherblade. i have friends online right now so i know the servers are up, but a few other friends of mine are having the same issue in different parts of the us. whats going on?

    Am in New Zealand and i cant log in ether yet i got one logged in on that server already.

    why is is only etherblade server not connecting all the other servers are good need to get this fixed

    dawnglory is completely fine, LAGGY but fine,
    tideswell is ok,
    etherblade and twilight temple, im able to log into them, but every single character i made on them, are missing, i just wanted my mystic to get ancient gifts from the log in rewards, and cant even do that
