Norway a banned region?

As far as I know, Norway isn't a banned region, the support page doesn't list it either.
Maybe you're banned because you logged in from one place first and then in Norway, that can happen.

Either way, you'll have to keep kicking support, or either maybe @thenamesdomino, @orinj, @arspaulina#4310 can look into it, since you did send a ticket way back in march.
And support is really just a hit or miss, depending on who's handling your ticket.​​

The system tracks logins and locations. A script or bot can detect unusual logins and lock player accounts.

This would be my guess. Ur not using a vpn or proxy or that would lock it out as well.

Login your main may answer a few things but that's your call. Deal with support for now just keep asking.

As Hero said, there is a possibility that at some point you connected to the server through a proxy or vpn.
you should try to verify if your internet connection goes through a proxy. You can google proxy test or something like that and should be able to know.
If this is the case you can't play pwi through a proxy, vpn or those programs that are used to lower your ping.
Also sometimes companies, universities and public institutions use proxy in their network.

Another possible cause is that when you changed your password, some sort automated system made some kind of security check to verify that your account has not been stolen, sold, shared, etc. And when said system noticed that someone from another region was trying to change the password of that account, it just banned it.

The reason why I think this could be your case is because many people on this game share, sell and give their accounts. Some others get their accounts stolen and they don't get banned unless someone reports them. So I don't think that the server is constantly checking IP and banning them for it. If that was the case, alf server would be banned by now.

Another thing:
If you can't contact support from arc due being banned, you may try to contact them directly by sending them a mail from your original email (the one from your main acc.) and trying to explain what happened.

One of the mods, sylenthunder used to have PWE support mail on his signature, have not seen any recent post from him so not sure if he is active but on this same forum but on the Technical Support Zone section there are a lot of threads and posts made by him, so there you may find the support mail.

Meh, the original question was if norway is a banned region, not some rant about him being banned for no good reason.

Seems more like a grey area about discussing bans. But regarding the OP, he has a legit question about if norway is a banned region or not.

Hmmm that's definitely a weird one. So you used to log in from the US then moved and then got banned? No promises but I can see if I can pass it along and see what they can pull up at the very least in regards to "Is Norway a banned country?" In the future though, if you're planning a huge move like that, contact support and make sure you let them know so they don't have you banned for sudden skips in IP address.
