Need help with starting Shifting Sky?

"Your Boundary level has reached Astral Sky X. If you want to continue, please find Shifting Sky Envoy Yara in Kirin Town. He will help you" He says nothing to me, what most I do?

    You can't go on to the next sky level (Mirage Sky?) until you reawaken again. You need to make the lvl 2 stone of reawakening with 6 primordial bloods first.

    EDIT: Nevermind misread. Astral Sky X @ 100% -> talk to the NPC.    ​​

    I'm pretty sure that jarahe is talking about Astral X, and not Arcane X.

    You have to completely fill the Astral X bar before you can start on Shifting Sky.
