Need help with starting Shifting Sky?

You can't go on to the next sky level (Mirage Sky?) until you reawaken again. You need to make the lvl 2 stone of reawakening with 6 primordial bloods first.

EDIT: Nevermind misread. Astral Sky X @ 100% -> talk to the NPC.​​

I'm pretty sure that jarahe is talking about Astral X, and not Arcane X.

You have to completely fill the Astral X bar before you can start on Shifting Sky.
