Gear sent to another player...

Player X creates 2 chars 2 month before Eclipse expansion is released.
He makes an archer and a cleric.
he names the archer Puppylover and the the cleric kittylover( these names camed in my mind now)
then he sends hypers, charms to those chars.
when the expansion kicks in he delate those 2 toons and creates a stormbringer and a duskblade naming them Puppylover and kittylover.
And when he logs in to them he finds the hypers and charm he send there.

Ouestion time:

1 If you delate a toon should he be delated with all the items , mails and other thing he has?
for exemple I i have an archer with an certain name lvl up till 100 with T3 gear then I decide to delate the char and in the day 8 after I click on delate button I create an wizard with the same name that means I will have my archer gear on the new wiz toon.
Or this: I make a sin and never log to play him. Meanwhile with another toon i farm and make t3 gear for him and send it. Then I delate the sin and create a psy with that name does that mean the psy will have the t3 gear i send?

2 As far as I know you cannot name a toon with the same name as another toon even if that toon was delated. Or I am wrong?
I remember trying to create a new toon and try to give him the name of an older toon that was erased and I couldnt. I had to chose a different name.

You can re-use a name after that character has been successfully deleted, IF you get it before someone else snatches it up. I have done this multiple times.

Also, in the matter of mailbox items on a deleted char remaining on the account, this does not actually require a character of the same name. I recently deleted a bank char on my main account so that I could use that last space for my stormbringer, and my stormbringer had the blessings and a DC pack in the mailbox that my bank char had when I deleted her. The mailbox items simply stay in that account slot, it seems.

Anything on the deleted character or in inventory will be deleted. It is only items in the mailbox that get left behind until the new character is made.

this thread made me laugh, at the sheer stupidity of some people here LOL. Only thing that sucks, is that pw wont do bat **** about it, just plain insane lol.
