    sparkiesoft or any other ADMIN or OFFICIAL PERFECT WORLD person.

    The tracer TRACER ROUTE and VPN software suggested previously are these ACCEPTABLE for use with PWI or will PWE ban me for using EITHER of these while the staff rectify the issue?
