Why was the War Avatar Reset Kwei-NPC only available for a short time?
Why was our server not rolled back to undo the unfair advantages many factions gained from this NPC?
Why won't GM's enable this npc as it was originally intended? "as per china version"

Nothing happened with the FC glitch.
Nothing happened with the +10 orb fiasco.
Nothing happened when people were shown on video using 3rd party bots.
Nothing happened when people apparently received items from a GM. (apparently there are screen shots of this?)

Everything listed above gave people an unfair advantage. No one was banned longer then what? 3 days?

by this im assuming you're meaning the one half a year ago, where the ARCHOSAUR server was rolled back and ALL SERVERS got +10orbs. Still waiting for my +10 orb codes i never recieved via email btw pwe

People were given weeklong-perma bans for the +10 orb code thing.

i really do wonder what is wrong with Harshlands. they seem to not get it even after being told 30billion times. its still good for a quick laugh once in a while tho.

The 10+ orb fiasco, was when PWE put out a code that was usable an infinite amount of times. Some people received upwards of 100+ of them.

The CM was made aware, and so was the support staff about the supposed GM handouts.

A week long ban isnt a perma ban. its a 7 day ban that is pretty much a slap on the wrist.

PWE went out of their way to say that those who abused the FC glitch will be banned. When they realized that 95% of the players used it, they backed down, and said in a quiet voice that no one will be getting in trouble and instead they made the XP less from those mobs cause they couldnt fix the glitch. ( after having multiple charm and hyper sales during this b:chuckle )

When you back down on your own threats, this makes people abuse the living **** out of everything they can, because nothing long term will happen.

sparkiesoft know about it and saw the SS and is well aware of the situation, even the mods know about it and saw the SS, but what you want them to do about it?

sparkiesoft have no power, he cannot stop the corruption, remember that it's his job, would you risk to lose your job to denounce the corruption of the company you work for? Some would, but not everyone have the strength or possibility to do it.

The mods? They prefer to follow the rules of a corrupted company over denouncing the truth to the community. I guess they never heard about ethics.

@Synth: You play on HL, by now you should know that PWE doesn't give a **** about what's fair or not, deal with it or quit the game.

That post was insulting on soo many levels to soo many people. The mods prefer to follow and ENFORCE the rules set by Dvorak and PWE which are pretty constant over all PWE titles, having read quite a few of the TOS for other games. Wether the company is corrupted and immoral has very little to do with the mods. The denouncing the truth part i cant really argue with but they have allowed threads asking questions to stay up as long as they follow the rules, something HL is not very good at following, ijs.

Again the +10 orb was about the code they gave out to everyone that was (admitted by them) supposed to be used 1 time per account. What your taking about is what lead up to the fiasco.

As far as I know no one has ever been perma banned for exploiting glitches. PWEs punishment sounds harsh to them, when when the ban hammer comes down, 7 days max. Like I said, some people received 100+ of them, and I see them and they 5 alts all +10 running around harshlands all day long.


And what bella said, may be taken as insulting (probably to the people she was referring to), but it is the truth. Screen shots and video have been submitted to PWE about mentioned and yet, here we are.

Back in 09 they actually enforced the rules. When we had an exploit that allowed people to sell off the Duke Rose set for more coin than what even the gold cap of 1mil at the time could keep up with, they had an emergency shut-down, manually removed all the coin, and permabanned all the exploiters they caught.

Since then... they haven't been as good about punishing exploiters appropriately. While a good few people did get permbanned from goons (before the big "fix") when they did the mass ban that was supposed to be permanent, they quickly overturned it for most of the people banned. The 10* orb fiasco was a bit of the same. Some got permabanned, the vast majority that we're aware of got two weeks.

It's one of my biggest annoyances with PWE as if they'd actually bother to enforce their ToS and do it on a consistent basis a lot of problems we have wouldn't happen.


As for the rest... meh. I want to avoid a big debate on that if possible. I will say that things were tried but haven't really given any major results. A couple of stirrings, sure, but nothing major. And if you had seen Rusty Hearts forums before the shutdown, you'd see a good example of what happens without mods... considering how many months we went without a CM, I doubt PWE would be in any hurry to replace mods that got removed and we'd lose a set of people that do at least try to get what little influence we have to matter.

Understandably we've dealt with less than admirable results of what the community expected as punishments. But lets not derail too far from the point at hand.

Why was this NPC disabled solely in our version?

Those that got to trade the npc have and will continue to vastly out power the rest of the server. I think it wouldn't be too much to ask for the rest of the community to have access to the NPC as it is a part of the game a part of the primal world expansion.

Not to mention many people quit the game because of the unfairness of the disabling of the npc. Allowing us to once again access it and to fairly level the playing field so that every one would be able to swap cards at this npc would bring us back many people who literally up and quit due to this fiasco.


Naturally as I'm one of the people who have excess S cards I immediately vote for this to be changed back to the way it was for the fairness of all.

Correct - Currently you are correct in what you stated, it is currently useless because after the first week of it working properly it was suddenly disabled.

BUT the original options are to utilize the NPC to get any S rank card you want from a pre-existing (Decomposed) or (War avatar Artifacts).

My question - Because this is supposed to be there, do we specifically create tickets based on decomposed S Cards? Because Honestly the calculations have been run and it is just simply not feasible to try to cash shop relevant s card sets.

Its hard enough to win an S rank card and the developers knew this. Which is why that NPC was created. Therefore I would like a direct response as to what I should be doing with my decomposed S Rank Cards.

If I was new to the game and didn't play the last 6 years and experience everything opposite to your statement I would probably uninstall. But to the contrary, at the very least I want my S cards back since they are in a decomposed state.

#1. If words matter to PWE, then why has there been ZERO updates on the dq replacement? It has been almost a year. Trust me when I say, PWE gives zero poops about what the players say. You honestly think they care that someone wasnt able to get to use an NPC before they took it away? So I say again, any words spoken/typed/smoke signaled to PWE will have no affect. Your words may matter to you, but PWE has everyone one of us by the balls and they will do whatever the hell they want, they dont care about what you have to say.
