    I would say you can judge a Leader by what their members think about them. Talk to 10 random members of any faction and go with the majority. If they are happy with the Leader they must be doing something good. What i WOULD NOT do is rely on people who have left a faction, either voluntarily or kicked, who have an axe to grind. Casty, you want to see trash, look in a mirror. Even Mike had enough of you and your BS.

    I don't know, asking why some people left would be a good idea since you can usually tell who is BSing based on a couple of things in their story. Of course the majority of people within a faction will look up to their leader, that's the point of being a leader. To exclusively ask those within the faction is going to get you a heavily biased opinion in the same direction, thus making any leader a good leader as long as they have anyone willing to follow them.

    Of note, my dyslexia is really on the fritz today, I did proof read this and thank god for spell check, but if I absolutely butchered the English language, I'm sorry D:
