The Role Model Leader on RT.

After considering being in many factions , being there and seeing **** BS from certain leaders .

Some are considered respectful to a limit like Nuff_Said ,seeler .

Some went low to a limit that they make up fake bad rumors about certain ppl for certain benefit .
not gonna mention names .

Some are considered tricky and smart as$ leaders like QQme one .

But after seeing How nuff_said deals with his faction (Vicious) members, I think this is best role model of all leader .



Who would leave a FS squad to let a faction member take his spot .and Then he would form another squad even if it takes him long to get one and it might be worse squad.

who would leave NW squads that are full with OP players , to form another squad regardless how OP the players he's inviting ,Not considering the less benefit he'll get .But only looking for the help of this faction to be united and not left from care .

Giving away money from his own to gear up members (not in the exact word of money but in some helpful ways with cheap Items ) .

He'd treat u like his brother/friend ,regardless who he is in any position on the server or in the faction.

    Giving away money to gear up members isn't something a Role Model Leader should do. Instead of doing it the easy way a member should work for his gear. In my case: if a member want TT gear and there are no drops available in our faction we need to run some TT's. If a member don't want to run TT himself/herself we have some free (non-TT) gear that was dropped while doing quests.

    The other things you mentioned are true: helping members even if you have to abort your own quests. Playing this way like forever, lol.

    Rolemodels or not.. being a role model means very litle when no1 follows ur model... theres many unselfish ppl around and many generous ppl around they dont have to be leaders to do so tho. Imho if its a tw faction theres allways a core of loyal friends who rather run stuff together than even b:victoryconsider taking along som1 else from the said faction.
    Overall tho most ppl that play these sorta games are selfish by nature so doesnt really matter how many role models u have.

    The kind words are always appreciated b:cute

    Unfortunately, I don't think I can take credit for something like that. I am still learning how to manage and work with people. I've learned tons from the pwi community as well as people I've encountered in my personal life. If anything, the credit should be given to the many players to exhibit the same behaviors regardless of role in a faction and regardless of faction affiliation. Also, there are plenty of people who think very lowly of me as a person and as a leader. At the end of the day, no matter how hard you try, no matter how fair you treat people, and not matter your intentions, people will still hate you. Even MLK and Gandhi had haters (not comparing myself to them).

    Play the game as a game. If you have a need to satisfy by being a ***** in-game, then you probably need to address some stuff in your personal life.

    Omg this is so true!.

    Seeler did a great job for QQME but our Muffing is b:cute just a Great lider we know he is Human and is part of human nature to commmit mistakes sometimes but he tries to be as democratic and fair as he can always.

    I've always admired nuff as a leader and a person in general. he helped me when I was given lead of Levi and he talked to me with a level head when most of the people in his faction wouldn't, or believed and spread silly rumors. "fair" is a good word for him. I respect that :)

    I think seeler is also awesome for pulling QQme together into a strong, scary monster and never (at least publicly!) saying anything negative about anyone. She's answered questions I've had and is such a genuine, cheerful person.

    both are dedicated to their factions and wants only the best and I think that, above all, makes them great leaders!

    Nuff is great leader. there is other leader too beside Nuff that actually good. the guy is Himeyuri when he was a leader in Valkarie :)

    Oh my, I didn't know about this til today. While I'm humbled, and delighted that ppl wish to "rate" the best leaders. However, I feel that anyone who gives up their time and efforts to develop a faction that is attractive and homelike, to a group of ppl, is doing a GREAT job! All the while, giving them guidance and assistance and making their gaming experience better.

    My goal is, and always has been, in QQme, to always be a little better today than we were yesterday, as toons and as a faction. We all try our best to achieve that goal and we work with each other to make it so.

    Leading a faction has it's great joys, and it's great sorrows, learning how to deal with both is key.

    The people of QQme are what make it great, and it is a great place to call your gaming home.

    and btw, while it seems you consider me "tricky and smart azz and mean" I nor my members would say that is true. I happen to be a very nice person. In TW and any battle, there is a certain amount of tricks and meanness that is necessary, but that's war, in life and gaming life, I am a very pleasant, concerned person.

    I have been in and part of a few faction here and ran a couple myself. I have seen great leaders and sad ones. I won't point any fingers as this is not the point of my post nor am I implying anything.

    What I want to say is the best leader leads by example. Giving out free items, gear or game currency is really not leading in my opinion unless it is merit based. Helping people make their goals by teaching them what we know and experienced in the game is far more valuable than any piece of gear that will ever exist in the game.

    Learning from our own mistakes can also make us better leaders. If you can't learn from them how can you expect to lead by them? I remember a quote from a movie I watched and went a little like this "You can't be a leader till you fail"

    Being the in the top faction does not mean it is the best one, nor does being in the lowest mean you are the worse. Some people don't want the greatest gear they just want to have fun. Is it not why we play this game in the first place?

    At some point i agree with you. the game has change, the gear is a main factor but activeness is really important now with all the update. rebirth level, Meridien, nuerma and spirit that we can earn by doing dailies also become main factor, not only gear. and if people are active, i think they should be able to gear up since getting coin, even they limit botting, is easy.

    Nuff is a great leader for vicious. and i am sure there are many other great leader in RT. Handling a faction is not easy. so 2 thumbs up for them. :)

    Haha this guy talkes about my mom like he knows her :P haha funny cause we never stole anyone from vicious they left on there own terms and that was like hmm along time ago and this is still getting brought up oh and skirly doesn't buy things for people she helps people and they pay her back some how. But u all can think what u want people even think she gold digs people ohhh sooo funny these people are. If you only knew what she did for people nicest lady on the server for sure!! And #1 mom :) haha still laughing about us "stealing members" from vicious have u ever asked these people why they left? Didn't think so!!

    Putting it bluntly: Nuff has gained my respect. Nuff is one of the best leaders I have gotten to know in this game. Seeler is great. Beware's lead is getting the faction back up, doing what is needed. Haters will hate. Can't say the same for Jeni, as I have seen first hand how she truly is. Which is trash as leader.
