Squad Forming NPC

if their was a NPC we could go to for some sort of player matching system for different instances im sure alot more people will play alot more simply do to avalibilty, and if you wer to charge say 40k coins for listin into the picking order it would completely make up for any loss in tele profits on your end.. please??

For expensive I mean 40 silver = 1 million coins at 2.5m per gold (as in Dreamweaver)

Needless expensiveness also apply to: Perfect Hammers, Refine Transfers, Auto-recovery stone, Commission Shop licence, Teleport Bells, etc...

If people used it more often, then it would be easy to just stand near the teleport stone anyway until you got a squad. Those angels then would just be convenience items for being able to do other stuff and teleported once it's ready. As it should be. I actually don't mind the fee for auto-recovery stones or the vendor licenses, I wish most of PWI's revenues came from such convenience items and items that give one a bit of an edge but not an unconquerable one. That's a different discussion though so i'll b:shutup.

I think it would help maybe if the feature was more heavily advertised. It's a very useful feature, but only if people use it.

I deactivated the auto-squad becaue of people using it to troll others. Got really annoying to get drops while getting in/out random squad. b:angry

I'm still pro my suggestion about chat hightlighting: if a term I want to know about pops up on any channel I can see the chat line on another channel. Not only usable to form squads, but to find items (probably got misunderstood on that thread).

Yer i kinda agree with this one. I was hoping the other system would work but its clear that it needs tweaking or something to make it a LOT more user friendly.

Is this something that the Community wants me to log to have a Squad based NPC system? or are their another ideas that come in at this point.

I think getting more people to use the auto squad feature might be something that the GMs can advertise more, so more people use it, before we can really know if the current one is useless. Perhaps they could have an event where a GM will join the autosquad thing at a random time for maybe BH39 or some other one that's rarely used but everyone can try to join. Then give a prize to the lucky group that randomly got him in their squad? Maybe not. But I'm sure there is something they can do to get people aware of this little known feature.

Also update the news page and the website, maybe make it a maintenance question. In general just get the word out. Although it doesn't port you in, we already got plenty of teleport options for that. If everyone used it I think getting random squads together would be easier.....

Yer Venus I agree with the advertising and TBH you could make some event of this. I could prob come up with a few suggestions / ideas for something. I look over the mant thread and make a mental list of comments. could be usefull for the future in planning.
