    If you're in the first room of Flowsilver and someones trying to kill you (white names can attack blue names for some stupid reason) Target them, use unfetter/blade affinity/AD and jump in the lava then quickly Transposition them

    Speaking of FS, if someone gets stuck in the pesky trench in that first room you can transposition them out then voidstep out of it b:victory

    Also...I'm not sure if its a glitch or it was random but Soul of Retaliation (psychic skill) seems to transposition the psychic twice moving you to them and them back then dropping them right next to you a second later (I've had this happen in a duel and once in NW)
