    Well, sent in tickets for all of my accounts... surprise, it said, we are experiencing a large volume of tickets right now and will get to yours as soon as possible...

    In laymen's terms... We will get to yours after the end of the month when the tokens will be gone and then you will be ***** out of luck... surprise again... you are screwed.

    I have had problems with this, but The Token shop is now working for me, and for a friend of mine as well. Good luck to all who has had problems with this. b:pleased

    Why don't you just convert the bloody achievement point system? Nah probably never worked right in the first place. If you had a strong system in place to begin with and developed and innovated faster, it would of been better. b:laugh

    We had a similar system when we played in Cubizone on PW MY before it "closed", where if you spent cash you could eventually get real life rewards (see the re-occuring theme here. Just badly designed systems, that don't really work, well/aren't properly rewarding ingame and properly used by your user base (Encouraging your user base to migrate and try your other products.) where as the time commited to one game is where the user's attention is at and thus where the user will be time sinking most of their time (with friends) or otherwise.
    Time won't wake/make you wiser, but it will definitely wound you.

    yeah for some reason on my other account i do not get the achievements i'm suppose to. I did at least 4 things on the achievement list yesterday and got only 1. So boo. b:shocked

    You know this is the kinda of **** i would expect to see announced in the login screen as a news announcement for the darn game. Not all players constantly check the forums for your major change announcements. And seeing as how i am JUST NOW seeing this all those saved up tokens in my shop have gone poof never to be used. Arc is a fail background platform for PWI and it just all around sucks. How come pwi does not listen to its players? Are you guys trying to get people to not play your game?

    I think it has a lot to do with them wanting us to use Arc, because i know about it months before cause i actually use arc. I didn't start using the forums until the Anni issues.

    Well you have no one in your faction or friends that announce the news??

    If not than is it that hard to come maybe one time a week and check the news and just the sticky in the general page?

    In worse case come check it at the maintenance, the important announcements are always sticky in the general section.

    It was on the forum on sticky for a month.
