Getting other items in token shop for this game and others are working a bit now, but the thunder coat one for pw is still a bit buggy. I'm not sure if any other item is failing to be sent as well.

I also tried to send few items from archievment shop, but all i get is an error. Wtf b:angry

This. I have had it work splendidly on FireFox. First time (about a week ago?) it gave an error, but refreshing the page worked.

It seems to be affecting some people specifically in that they will only get error messages, and others not at all. This has nothing to do with browsers since most of us have tried every browser around, and sending in tickets has turned out to be useless. A few of us have tried that route also.

I would just like an actual answer on this. Not some cut and paste answer that seems to be from another question entirely. I want to know that someone in charge is actually READING this thread and will acknowledge the problem, and not just let the 30 days go by and take our points away.

But I guess with Val gone we are out of luck.

So is anyone from Mod/Gm gonna respond to this outcry from your players that seem not to want arc involved what so ever. I have yet to try arc personally but from what ive read, i do not want it at all, if your gonna force it on us, well peace, me and my other friend vets are gonna play some other mmorpg that will listen to us and try to at least meet eye to eye. Its like Microsoft all over again, they said one thing, there was an outcry and look, they changed, can you?

We've had responses from both already, silly.

Just like Venus, I'm also against having this pushed on us and, were I a new player, I wouldn't have bothered to download because of Arc.

Heck, on another computer, I downloaded Arc purely for the install and then immediately removed it because I simply did not want it. Considering Core has been in "beta" since it came out, I'm not exactly enthusiastic about Arc either.

I'll see about poking around on that end. I'm also one of those who can't send anything (and a couple of my accounts don't even have the thunder fashion set available as something that can be sent)

Shame martial arts scrolls have about no interest to me. Our Core rewards were total **** compared to every other game PWE has. f:tired

Exactly. o_o I got that bug with the thunder fashion too on this account.

At least they saved me from wasting money on gold before the game is over at the end of the month. My computer can not handle the game in Arc so they are essentially kicking me out at the end of the month.


I already have constant display driver issues when playing the game and they want to add their new buggy software on top.

Also I posted a new thread linking to the new Arc FAQ that will answer most of your questions. I'd like to keep the 2 threads separate and keep this one strictly for Token Shop.

We've had varied reports from different players experiencing different issues when trying to redeem their points. So the best way to handle this is to send in a ticket so we can investigate.

synchroze, I really hope your team will test that system at 200% before make it available, cause so far everytime there's a new reward system or new items that was available to get by PWI site (like the DQ points MoG and Dreamchaser packs) there was always glitches abuse and nothing was done to punish the abusers, so I really hope for your team is making SURE that no glitches abuse is possible on that system.

Really? But I submitted a ticket in the beginning and I was not offered any sort of help.

And am I supposed to give you a list of 1380 points worth of stuff in this ticket? Because it doesn't let me purchase any item.

I submitted a Ticket yesterday as I stated, I copied the error message it gave me in the ticket in quotes, expressed the items I wished. I was answered in under 24 hours with their request of the exact Item name, the character name, the server, and the amount I wanted. I updated the ticket with the information requested they sent me the items within 5 hours. I got a closed ticket wit h a message that the items could take until next maintenance to be sent but I got them right away! Hope this helps anyone.
