    You can get a maximum of 5 mystical attacks per day (if logged in for 5 consecutive days) and get 50 holy attacks (which can be accumulated to a maximum of 100 holy attacks) so no, CSers won't be able to max out the first day or probably the first month.

    I think everyone's missing the biggest point here, its just another system that allows for more character customization. If CSers exploit it who cares that stat gains from max are probably around 300 hp and 150 for the other stats, which isn't all that much. Just enjoy it as extra stats for next to no additional work.

    Does it though? Or are the stats random?

    Not random, it's placed depending on your type of class [HA,LA,AA].

    Also, the dailies give like maybe 15 mystical pills. Idk about Holy Pills, I just know that yellow quest gives like 8 to use.
