    Everyone knows the market price of them both.

    Making a L:UaD with 3 lv6 tomes would cost 2x more than L:UaD market price...

    Like you don't make a Drakeflame Stone (Lv12 Physical Shard) from a shabby Shard (lv1)...
    or it would cost 4.121.280.000 coins. Nor from any other shards than Garnet Gems (lv11), you can't compare somethings this way.

    2nd point is, L:UaD is a exclusive cash item. A f2p game need a way to give it for free even if it is hard.

    3rd point is, Cashers which don't have a bound Pan Gu and want to sell their pack itens are agaisnt it. ( obs: no, I don't have a bound Pan Gu, I'm just being honest. )
