Can A Seeker Solo Harpy Wraith

A sin can do it and apparently an archer with claws can do it. So can a seeker do it?

    To all the people who said "Yes" on the pole can you say why? I'm quite curious, because harpy wraith does massive amounts of MAG dmg, and being a HA class that'll make things quite interesting... don't you think?

    Voted no because I can't see a seeker getting enough chi to triple spark every 40~45 seconds to purify HW's debuffs, interrupting them, timing everything perfectly, and I think there was a purge involved in that mess somewhere?

    I'd love to be proven wrong though, would be fun to watch.

    It should be possible but... it'd be very difficult and take quite some time. (Assuming a normal seeker and not the mythical 5 APS seeker that can permaspark and faceroll with minimal difficulty)

    But with the current level of gear and staying in harpy's melee range + proper use of defense charms/apoth/genie/etc yes it should be possible.

    Harpy Wraith is 100% physical attacks except for an occasional poison DoT that can be QPQ'd away or purified with the wood antidote from TW. The beginning pdef debuff is high but it comes every 45s which is shorter than the CD on the purify you can get from QPQ.
    The 2nd stage has an HF debuff combo with a long stun that would have to be blocked or purified every 60s. It also has another stun every 30s.

    Really the only thing that could be hard is that I don't think Seekers have any way to purge Harpy's self buffs? The only thing I can think of is the 10% chance for earthflame to do a purge.

    Ehh, I expect every class these days to be able to solo harpy given sufficient gear / preparation / knowledge.

    When I did it I had no bloodpaint, no heal from claws (just deicide+10), and no faith / badge of courage on genie (I used fortify / evil ward so it would be more challenging). That was in normal R9 LA gear.

    Okay so... what I'm getting from this is that it's all quite possible, So should I attempt to do this? I'll take a cleric with demon res and attempt a few different ways (where I will probs die alot lol) until I find a way to do it, or finally give up... But if I can do it I will record it and post it here.

    Go for it. I suggest taking a look at Ast's video first as it's rather informative for harpy's patterns and should get you a better idea of what toe prepared for.

    Entirely possible
    When we could still qpq hp debuff on us I basically took the debuff from MQ boss and teled to harpy and soloed it when I was rank 8 a year ago. However even if this doesn't work anymore we seekers have a Lotta things we can use to fight harpy from start to finish. If I'm not lazy I'll attempt it this weekend if its still alive.but gl on that and hope we can see the video

    sounds like massive charm/food/med/time ra pe for the sake of inflating epeen 1 more inch b:sweat wasnt the whole reason for the solo thing cause it becaome mildly more efficient due to the aps spark purge.

    You could ask this in any class forum and youll get a YES answer as most classes dont really want to admit they're the most less efficient out there.

    very possible. ii was bored so i went to do it. got up to about 6-7m hp left then due to my own stupidity i died. If i played everything correctly, i wouldnt have died. i have level 10 buffs besides sage bell. used about 250k on my charm to burn 8-9m of its hp. im full r9r2 w/ 19k hp buffed.

    Just for the fun of it though... My seeker is lvl 77 and i have never met HW at all. So how would i know :)

    After i get my APS gear i should try :)

    But i read somewhere that she spawns once every 48 days or something ? And i assume theres gonna be a bunch of people awaiting her then..
    How does she compare with the toughest TT bosses ?
