    Alright I have a decent plan.

    1) Show the monthly list
    2) Show an abbreviated All-Time list
    3) Have a link to a full version of the All-Time list under the abbreviated list.
    4) Automatically archive previous monthly lists as monthly replies to this thread
    5) Generate a list of links to previously archived monthly lists and put it in new archive section at the bottom of the first post.

    OK I did a monthly archive + reset.

    It's a few days late but we're starting up a list now for April 2013.

    The front page still has a portion of the top overall list + links to the full overall list and archives of previous months.

    Now I just need to think about how I want the reply of a points command to look (do I tell them their place in the monthly list or the all-time list)?

    Let me know what you think...
    really I think people just like the act of giving points and don't care too much about what the high score list actually looks like.

    Seems it's been handled, although in the future I can just duplicate your first post. Which would make it the second post.

    Hmm never knew that. It would have the same timestamp as the original post? I assume it would get a new post ID which would cause the post Ids to no longer be in chronological order. Weird.

    Actually maybe they just change the last digit of the postId from a 1 to a 2. Natural posts all end in a 1 so there is plenty of space between any 2 posts.
