    There must have been just maybe 1 maintenance that happened as per schedule in last 2 months; Other than that, its either Delayed or Postponed or Cancelled and when it does happen, it lasts for way longer than the given time frame. Why is that...every single week?

    Edit: Even if there do happen to be some real hindrances occurring every single week, do you not think its the Company's responsibility to make the player base aware of it? How many times has that really happened?

    I never saw anywhere when they promised they would deliver maintenance on time. After this, does it really matter what day of the week they choose to do maintenance? It's the same! As long as they do maintenance once a week everything is fine.

    If maintenance out of the usual Tuesday is bothering you so much, you should at least explain how that is affecting your game experience, otherwise go qq to your corner.

    Its about giving customer service when you have a paying clientele; you are bound to give an explaination or atleast a short notice in cases of delay.

    If it was 0 degrees outside & your bus was 15min late everyday for years, would you still step out of the door at the scheduled time?

    This is kinda what I was thinking. Good grief, maint has NEVER been an exact thing,
    not in the 4 yrs I've been playing. You just figure it's over when it's over. It
    never occurred to me that such a thing was complaint-worthy.

    10-20 min. longer than expected? Sheesh! Wait till you get one of those really
    long overruns when they hit a major problem and it ends up being 8 or 9 HOURS!
    Those times were annoying, but still didn't call for complaints because as
    someone already said "**** happens."

    Believe me--a company that depends on their product being up & running
    online is NEVER dragging their feet when it comes to downtime. I can
    guarantee, they hate it more than you do.
