Just wondering since Im bored bat crazy:

Here in Australia 'Big Bang Theory' is a very popular American sit-com. Its probably the only really popular sit-com since the first series of Two and a Half Men (before Charlie baby went bananas), and of course Seinfeld before that. Sooo my question is - is BBT that popular in America and the rest of the world?

Yeah, I'm hearing ya'. I often say to my missus that if you turned off the canned laughter during '2 Broke Girls' you wouldn't know when they made a joke (she watches it - I cant stand it) but during Big Bang I still get a genuine chuckle.

I dont think any comedies compare the the old days of English Comedy with the likes of Ronnie Corbet and Ronnie Barker - like "Porridge" for example because the actual dialogue was funny. These days a **** comedy tries to survive on shock jokes (about sex more than anything else - ie '2 broke girls"). 'New Adventures of Old Christine' was okay too but Im a sucker for Julie Louis-Dreyfus so maybe Im too biased.

Yes you can make them flat chested or even invert them but it looks yucky.

Never heard of it either. I only get free tv.

I'd go way back to The Goodies but those days are over. I wonder how the new generation learns innocent and clever humour?

Coolness.. just tiny bit smaller would be neat. i have all my girls on the lowest but they still look stacked like brick s&#thouses.

It's all about Absolutely Fabulous. I'm preferring New Girl lately.

See the English!! - Ab Fab and Men Behaving Badly where hilarious. When I was studying a while back (ie 20+ years ago) I turned on the tele for a break in the middle of the night. This other English comedy was on that I'd never heard of - I was laughing myself stupid and made a point of watching it from then on - Blackadder!!
