POST beep codes are solely related to hardware issues. If they try to convice you is software related, tell them to go fornicate under the consent of the king with themselves, leave and go to a serious tech service.

I don't own a Dell, but I found this page on Dell's website that says the 6 beeps means your video card is damaged and may need be replaced, or the whole motherboard if is integrated, wich I think it may be since is a Dell laptop.

Guys, please keep all discussion about Nirvana to the appropriate topic. I'm just gonna leave this open so people can discuss the PvP aspect since that still the majority of this topic. But please stop derailing every thread about that aspect of it so that they all just become another nirvana topic. It's not fair to the people who just want to discuss the other aspects of nation wars. And it is against forum policy. so basically there are three spawn areas so you can get your attacking squad to them an put atleast three people to the spawn and just kill everything that spawns.....meanwhile the rest of the team just runs the flag unopposed.

essentially whoever gets the spawn points locked down is going to win the over all fight.

Well except there's 6 spawn points, and you spawn with around 10 seconds of invulnerability that you can use to fight anyone standing there. While you can spawn kill, it's not as easy as say, TW.

Not to mention you spawn with 1.5 sparks, hp buff, magic defense buff, phys AND magic attack buff.... If you're charmed, you spawn as a happy camper.

Don't need R9 to have fun but if you want to live longer you do lol. I just did it tonight for the first time I don't have R9 and got 1 or 2 shotted a lot but it was still fun. Our nation won so I got 166 token's which wasn't a lot compared to my friend who is R9 he got like 400ish would of only got 83 if we lost still better than nothing.

On top of that, the HP buff is equivalent to level 11 Barb buff, the phys def buff is equal to the Sage level 11 Bell, and the magic def buff was greater than that of the cleric's.

Today i took in my lvl 73 sin into nation wars and just got annihilatedb:laugh 2 spark, lower gear and weaker skill set seemed to do little in a pvp arena.
A FEW QUESTIONS-
1- How to earn contrabution points for lower levels?
2- I did carry 3 flags to base (as a sin cause no tanks grabbed it lol)- other than windpush is there any other way to carry the flag faster, since genie skills dont work when carrying?
3- I went in solo, not in a squad before hand. Would squading help more?

I'd like to know as well... I'm a 100 Veno with noob gear... Went in alone... Helped killing some stuff (couldn't find the damn flags) and got killed myself even more often... But I did get 15 tokens... Don't know if it's a bad score for my situation or not... But at least it's a small start to my feathery Nirvy wand I guess (and after that a feathery bow for my Archer)... b:cute

Going in with a squad would probably help. I went in solo and I never touched a flag just dmged and killed people and at the end got 166 but frost won so I got double. I would of only got 83 if we lost. At a lower lvl not much you can do but try and dmg people or carry the flag without getting killed like you did to boost your contribution.

Moved all discussion about Nirvana to the proper thread. Guys please do not derail this thread further with discussion of nirvana. This is purely for discussing nation wars in general. The pvp, the fun or lack thereof. What you wish was different besides the rewards, etc. If you want to discuss strategies, that's fine too. I understand that many of you want to discuss the rewards impacts, but there is already a thread for that. Please let others have their discussions too.

I was almost 1800 contribution (not quite) on the 2nd place team and got squat on my 61 bm. My friend on his 60 psychic got 14 tokens and he was in the third place team and had overall fewer contribution points. Forget his exact number. So I think it also depends on how many people are in a nation? I also got trapped for a while and couldn't actually fight for long periods of time. I mean some of the wars were just flag walks whereas all of his contribution came from fighting.

I can't have fun when I'm getting at best 3-4 shot killed. I got only 17 tokens this time, last time I got 117.
So, me, who needs Raptures, got only 17 of them, and R9, who already have ton's of coins, got at least 300-400 of them.
So in a few weeks/months, R9's will have enough for their Stage 3 R9, they will buy +12 and end-game shards and then I'll just be happy if I get 1 or 2 tokens b:laugh

Nirvana gear won't be enough anymore, not for PVP, and Nation Wars is PVP.

Tonight I got 26 tokens on my cleric 65 and I was in Flame nation that was third I think, but yea I saw you say in gc you got nothing that suck cause all the 2 hours you was there and doing your best. :S

I got 55 tokens friday and my cleric was level 63. As I said I got 26 tonight and was level 65.

As an 8x veno I've been doing alright, 47 medals on friday and 32 today (I did face tougher competition and had to spend much more time traveling this time around) which is certainly far from what I saw a few people getting, but on par with what many PvE oriented 9xers and even 100+ got. I think you do need to have some realistic expectations on what you can get depending on your gear/level and PvP experience, but other than that the rewards are still pretty awesome for even 6xers and you can certainly make valuable contributions regardless of your toon's capacities. My advice is to train, even if it's just dueling for an hour or two with your guildies. I saw too much of an emphasis amongst many on stuff like supplies and strategy discussions but not a lot of reported actual practice. Given the very real difference it can make I'd say there's nothing that's going to beat actual experience. I wouldn't recommend open world PvP for someone not endgame (although it would certainly help) but you can certainly train with friends or in other PvP events.

Edit; Since people are bringing this up, I was on frost both times; we ended up last on friday (when I got most contribution) and 2nd place today.
