    10) No URLs

    11) No promotion of forum violations (e.g. "Famous Forum Troll Queen")

    12) Any non-English titles will be judged on a case-by-case basis.

    13) Can't be changed into one of the default user titles (e.g. "Banned", "Administrator", "Moderator", etc..)

    14) No GM impersonation (e.g. "GM", "Billing Specialist", etc..)

    Additionally:

    15) Must have 50 posts. With 50 posts, you may have your title changed once.

    16) At 100 posts, you can continue to submit title change requests at will! But be warned, if you request too frequently, you may get a special Title change you didn't ask for! b:scorn (Try to aim for once a week. b:thanks)

    17) At 1000 posts, you can request COLOR changes to your title text! For every thousand posts, you can request *one* special color. Thus, at 2000 posts you can choose 2, at 3000 posts you can choose 3, etc. Note that you can specify which text is modified; it doesn't have to be the whole title. To request a color change, include the proper hex color code in your request, as well as specifying which words you want changed.

    Maximum 5 color requests.

    New addendum:

    18) If you request something really offensive or insulting, start trolling, or start spamming just to get your title changes, I reserve the right to temporarily change your title to something really embarrassing. Have ffunnnnn~~~~

    If your title change request is ignored or missed, feel free to post it again, but make extra sure that it actually follows the above rules!

    Eum well it shouldn't be in two colours 'cause then you'd need over 2K posts o-o And it shouldn't even have one colour because then you'd need over 1K posts, so it'll just be the standard colour.

    Okay, but I did read the rules. Seven times before coming up with a title that would fit in with those rules. Now, explain to me as WHY it's not acceptable. If it's the color, then let it be any flipping color that there is available. I don't really care for color of text even if it's in fugly green. If you don't like the title because you just don't like it, then it's not really an excuse as why it's not acceptable.

    When did I say you couldn't have a title? I merely directed you to the rules so you could see that it wasn't going to be blue. Also, you quoted a post that wasn't directed at you. I owe you nothing, madam.

    You clearly didn't read very thoroughly, seven times. You aren't gettin ANY colour you request (unless it's the standard one you already have, which doesn't really count), and that is why it isn't acceptable. Slighting my colour isn't really doing much, either :3

    Fair enough, I ought to try and insert more levity into my posts. Still, given that a few others had titles in other languages (one in Latin and one in Japanese come to mind), I choose to interpret that rule as an attempt to eliminate any specific support/derision of other cultures. Not so much an exclusion of other languages. I'm not sure, I don't make the rules. I just mock people that don't read them. Perhaps more to the point, your title doesn't really reference any culture by itself, so I don't really see how it violates that rule. Also, eh?

    It shouldn't take them over 12 hours to update someone's title. That's why I'm being impatient. And it's not spamming, in the OP it allows you to bump your requests if you think it has been skipped.

    By posting it on a public forum, you make it everyone's business. If you'd sent a private PM, then your argument would hold water. My original point was, had you perused earlier posts, you'd've seen that request are far from instantaneous. I don't see why you need to bump when it is the last post of a thread and you just made the request not 24 hours ago.
