    After digging some information, that's not Summerwind Tokens. It's General Summer Tokens and Medal of Glories.

    That pack is called 月光宝盒, or Pandora's Box, and the item you were referring to is "夏風令劍", which (through Google translate) is something along the lines of "Summer wind", which is definitely misleading and makes me assume that you thought it was Summerwind Tokens.

    After searching for it on the PW China's Database, I found it here, and the item "夏風令劍" is actually a General Summer's Token.

    There is an Archer on Raging Tide with Full recast R9 :D

    Pretty sure they would do this to lengthen the health of the game by giving players new options to improve their stuff so they spend even more money.

    Well, there goes the majority of the people recasting some of their nv gear to 3rd stage. They just pretty much eliminated most APS chars from spending money on the 2 pieces of nv gear they usually have (helm/pants).

    Not that I care, but it would've been nice if for once the stats for certain things wouldn't get worse but better, and they really need to stop putting freaking botarded stats on end-game gear -_-
    Speed +0.3 on R9 boots, MP recovery on G16 pants? lol

    I don't think there is any doubt that the majority of coin currently spent on second casting Nirvana comes from the melee player base who are looking to reach 5 aps, etc...

    Casters in general are more willing to accept R8 as end game... at least until they get the funds to go R9.

    you can already check the 2nd cast r9 along with set bonuses on pwcalc weapon gives +40 attack lvls alone instead of the regular r9 weapons.

    I was toying with a r9 2nd cast seeker you can get upwards of 20k hp 100 def lvl's and 100 attack lvls at the same time with a full r9 second cast seeker with seeker buffs along with full josd with the seeks new 100 skills from morai that could easily get you over 200 attack lvl's alone.

    You yourself are calling it "recast" R9. You aren't able to recast something unless there is an original casting.

    In either case don't think the word "cast" is as important as the word "second".
    People are logically doing this in their head:

    1st: R9
    2nd: R9 Ascended
    3rd: this new ****

    You cant "re-cast" unless you have a 1st cast. if you call ascended r9 "recast r9" then the original r9 gear is necessarily the first cast.
