You misunderstand me. There are different number of drop counts with each mob/boss. To achieve 2x drops there is 2 simple ways of doing it that I can think of. Either by doubling all the of the counts(So much work, lol) or adding some global piece of code that will have drop count to take place twice with each thing you kill. I think latter is simpler to do and is likely it`s been done.
And actually you are wrong bout the drops. The fundamental drop probabilities arent affected or 10 antennas dropping would be impossible as Dog only rolls his drop count for antennas 5 times. If the fundamental probabilities were affected, you`d more likely get 5 constantly when it normally is 2-4. The ticket example was perfect, you simply get another roll for stuff.
Your gold example is wrong on most levels. If the 4.5% chance holds true - it will be 4.5% with 2x drops on but the roll for that drop will be done twice, resulting into 9% chance of getting the gold from boss. You are correct that it doesnt mean you`ll get 9 golds outta 100 bosses but it`s the average scenario. 100 rolls is bit low for probabilities to balance themselves outta freak results but 1k might be closer of 90 already. But if I used 1k samples as data, I`d be laughed at by anybody whom understands anything bout statistics. It's not even a big deal right now... I've bin in SP recently with my alt and everyone's perfectly following the rules... The place is deserted and no one's PKing in there... If you come across someone who keeps PKing you while doing something just report them... Other then that it will take a while before PWE will receive the proper patch...[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]
