To become an expert at PWI. requires that you actually did your quests.
If you can relate the story of PWI to someone, from the creation of Peach Blossom Grove by Pan Gu to the destruction of Elysium Village and the discovery of Morai.
To be able to follow the story line.
To be able to know where mobs and area's are.
Which NPC to speak to in a certain quest chain etc etc.
Then, and only then, are you an expert at PWI.
Please note that having 4 lvl 100+ characters with +12 R9 gear, does not make you an expert. It only gives you powerful players to play with. Do you know what Zhen means?0 -

You're right about that. My friend is over level95, and was almost ready to quit playing before expansion. He said there was nothing good to do except the crazy stones and other daily quests, and the higher levels were bored. He's played more in the past week, than he has in the previous 6 months combined.lol0

WHERE IS THAT? i was like no they did not ask me that, i explain then they say.. no quest at the m.i.t. inside what do i do i say did u get ur chrono quest up to par so for the maps.. 'oh i had to do that one too?' i said yes gl and just left it alone, come to find out they were at the very beginning of that chrono. lol0

When I was level 20 or so, there was another Cleric in the faction the same level. By the time I was 26ish, which was only a few hours later, he was 47. When I noticed it, I spoke up in faction chat.
Me: "Congrats. Do you have Purify?"
Him: "Purify...?"
Guildmate: "Noel wins."
Me (silently): b:victory

Yup. There are so many people on the server now that power lvl'd their characters but failed to realize they should of just done the regular quests, like most people. I like the backstories for pw, it's what makes the game a bit more interesting. b:dirty0

i dont like power leveling cause then you are clueless on how to PLAY the toon, i have a lvl 100 sin i wont even play her cause im actually lousy at sin. restarted my psy cause ik how to play her xD0 -
this type of discussion seems to come up alot with players like myself who i like to call oldtimers. powerleveled players not knowing classes , skills, or how to get coin without being either a scammer or in a hurry to do Nirvana, grind ohhh noooo not work on it nooooo never mention that.0

Lol XxAdiciaxx, that is so true. I remember when sins first came out. People bought soo many oracles just to power lvl them. Grinding isn't my favorite thing, but I still do it. Finally got my FB29 on my lvl 36 seeker. I swear, that spirit culti is the longest in the game! lol0

lol agreed i been playing since cn beta, i know everything about the game up to when i was forced to quit right after tideborn came out. if you dont actually level your toon you dont get to know it, if you dont know your toon, you fail. simple as that.0 -
I will never be an expert in PWI. People are always asking for help and i usually respond "where is that?" This is after years of playing and questing. Its that damn auto path! All you have to do is click where you wanna go and afk. LOL.

As I have not been in the game in a long while...I can safely say I am no expert anymore. My Cleric is Lv100 in R7 (that was the "thing" at the time)...my psychic in the 90s...but it's been so long since I played I don't get half the player lingo.
Gonna be rejoining the community though...so I'd better brush up.DREAMWEAVER

exactly and if u have all high levels doing all instances for you , you never get to learn ur job in squad or your abilities or lack of them in squad either. but i guess it's a i need it now world b:cry0
