People always mistake me for the veno Aijou, juust like what happened earlier in the thread. I made my name by looking at this piece of paper with "Ouija" on it and that doesn't sound very nice so I made Ajiuo.

I don't see how that applies to my situation. I mean there's not "bad light" that I was in. Why would I lie about asking for help and then being told I was getting blacklisted for asking? xD All I said in response to her rudeness was "gee thanks ;x" that you can see in the screenshot. If you aren't gonna accept that as proof, don't even bother posting here.

Just. Wut. What are guilds for? Unicorns and rainbows and puked up glitter? The main purpose of a guild is to help and get help, aside from the obvious TW. Then again, how is anyone supposed to compete in TW when the guild won't even help them with gears or bosses? b:surrender

So, it is just HL or have other servers been having this problem?

You know why? Because every1 is busy to earn money in game. Every good gear is ridiculously expensive. That's why majority don't want to help, because they wasting time. Sad, but true.

I go to the boss I need. I see a psy flying next to the boss, so I pm her and ask if she needs it too. She doesn't return my pm til much later (you can see where she wc'd me). I noticed someone was hitting the boss so I pressed T and highlighted this BM. I then sent a squad invite but it was never accepted, so I pm'd her saying that I needed the boss too and if she could help. That's when she said the screenshotted text. It's obviously cut off because of my **** of censoring names. The first pm says "Yeah not much of a squad person" and the other cropped one says "i'm not here to play the game for others"

I have had this happen on my server for my wizard, and barb some. Thankfully, it was not as rude as it was for you, but it was still pretty messed up. That said, this is what happened. I was doing cult for my wizard. Finally, I got to the point where I was in need of Krixxix. My main. Serenity eats Krixxix alive, but Serenity is on the same account as most of my alts, so I can't log onto her to solo them for my alts. My friends that I normally pm were occupied at the time as well. That said, I was asking others for help. Being that its around Orchid Temple, lots of rank 8, rank 9, nirvana geared people are there. Surely some of them can help me...especially some of the ones that my cleric squaded with and helped in the past, and who are on my cleric's friend list could help me out. Not all of that hard to solo Krixxix. He takes seconds to beat. I fly around and ask for help...people move around, but ignore the baby wiz pm'ing them. I get write in front of people, move around and ask for help on Krixxix. Took 10 minutes for someone to finally respond. A sin without epic gears that I knew helped me. My issue with that is that if you have rank 9, +12, are not doing anything, are not AFK since you're moving around some, are 7 seconds from where Krixxix is, and can't kill him for a baby wiz that's asking for help with him, how good of a player are you really? When I get at least one player on my other account leveled, things will get a lot easier, because although I have trouble dual clienting, and not lagging a lot,...its not so bad that I can't solo places and bosses for my alts. I can't log on at the moment anyways, and both my wiz, and barb...after pleading for help with Krixxix are now on Gouf. I'm fortunate to have good friends on my main account, so hopefully, I can avoid people being snide about helping me then.

Ironic how people treat some players of high levels one way, but act another way for players who are lower leveled...only to find out that they're one and the same person. I have no problem helping others on my characters. Its ironic how some people turn around, and have trouble helping me afterwards when they see my alts in need. Some feel that its too much trouble to fly all that way for Krixxix, yet I flew all the way for Khewey, bh59, 79, etc to help them.

Had to rant on it some. That said, I know how you feel on that issue.

Edit: Thankfully, most people are not like that. However, there are quite a few that you meet that are. Big thanks to everyone that helped SerenityCNB along, and those who helped my various alts too. Thanks guys.

Also, in your scenario, if that bm had of stayed close by, I'd have switched to my cleric, flew by...landed where that bm was...squad buffed myself, and anyone else except that bm, and procedded to kill the mobs/boss just out of principle. Most people love cleric buffs, and when and if that bm pm'ed me asking me for them...my response would have been...this. Yeah....Not really much of a squad person. I don't really want to help you. Didn't play this game for others, I play it for myself. No problem on not helping you. Blacklisted too. Remember that baby (whichever your alt is.)? That was me. Then flew away, but not without laying waste to everything in that area, and saying that I'll show them that I can do battle too. (I'm a nice person, but when you cross me, I tend to go out of my way in order to exact my revenge. It'll be even more epic if I had a character named Karma. (I'm going to create one soon for that very reason. Lol.)

Sorry to have rambled on, but I don't like rudeness for no reason...or in general to be honest.

Never crossed that kind of Faction on HT, yes there are a few faction who wont help you with Boss Quests, but usually it's just the members (who went silent instantly when any lowbies ask for help with Bosses, then fill the chatbox again every 2 secs when that lowbies gave-up asking for help); the Officers thou, are willing to help.

As for advertising "we wont help you, get your own things done"; usually it's a pure RPK Faction? They just want a "well-known" name above their char's head so they will be a PK target, thus fulfilling their thirst for PK, that is the only purpose of the Faction, so yeah, helping others in Quest is not included. Probably?

Find a helpful faction or roll a character on a PVE server like dreamweaver or heaven's tear?
All I can tell you is that some people are that rude, just ignore them and ask someone else.

today on HL, this lower lvl came up to me and asked for help with a boss...

turns out it was an oracle lol. i healed outside of party for those 2 books he had. then he asked to help him with yet another oracle in another place.

his flyer was so slow, i couldnt bare to wait for him to fly across the map so i gave him teleport money. we did the other oracle, and there were some people near us also oraclling.

...he went over there...and attacked them XD we chased them down and killed them together lol.
it turned out to be pretty fun xD

people dont wanna help other people cuz they think theyre going to just be like "tx" after, or not say anything at all. makes you kinda feel empty inside lol. and not want to help anyone else after that.

I had a good laugh at your second post, Serenity. b:laugh And I feel sorry about your ordeal with Krixxix... Luckily, there was a 9x cleric standing near him, I think about to do Farng for someone, and I pm'd her for help with krixxix and she was really nice about it and helped me.
The thing I do when people are rude to me is blacklist them from my cleric, tbh. xD I guess I think that if I blacklist them from there, they will have 1 less cleric to help them out, and you can't really get by in this game without a cleric (whether it be for res's or buffs or actually healing when bp isn't enough.) lmao. Like this one time, after an fc, this sin started attacking me, so I killed her and then this veno killed me because I was defending myself! So I just blacklisted her. I got into another random fc squad and there was that veno. Guess who didn't get healed? >_>

@Vix lmao I don't know if I would do that. xD I'm all up for asking/giving help on bosses and sometimes instances, but oracle/normal quest mobs I'm kind of a "do it yourself so you can learn" or "find someone who needs it too because it's no fun to stand around while someone solos all your quest mobs for you". And I completely understand that point of view where the lowbies won't thank anyone who helps, but i think i go a little overboard with my thanks lol. I'm usually like "thank you so much/tyvm (if i'm in a hurry)" like 3 times xD and normally followed by a "have fun and good luck" thing before I drop squad.

@Oishii, like I said, I already have guildies that are willing to help, but only if they are available when I ask, of course. When they aren't available, with me wanting everything done in that minute that I get it, i turn to other ways to get bosses done.

@lordhanzo OMG. i hate those kind of guilds. I love when people in those guilds go "QQ i'm bored" so you're like "Well i have to kill x boss wanna halp?" and then there's no response. classic. As for the RPK part, I can understand that. But how is one supposed to pk if they can't get bosses done for their culti to get better skills? It just baffles me! Bosses can take all from 5 seconds to like 5 minutes, I'm gonna tell yah, on HL, you leave the W Arch/Orchid Temple/Silver Pool for 5 minutes and come back, it hasn't changed. There's still ganking going on and DUELS. DUELS. on a pvp server. yes, you heard it right, DUELS. Also, it's always the same people too so it's not like you're really missing out. xD
