    I agree with that statement... for the most part. I once was sold a prepaid card that gave me 0 zen for 20$. I had to put in a ticket and almost lost it because they wanted me to locate the card in question (I had a few of them scattered around my room) and give them the pin on the inside.

    I've never really trusted paypal. IMO, it's too easy to sign up for:/ I see people with paypal credit cards and they tell me it's safe, but it just doesn't feel right to me.

    @Mingkeey- if you read the thread, you'd realize that pretty much everyone has said where the cards were sold several times. No need to insult the people trying to help out the OP.

    @Aneurysmal- (Sorry if I spelt your name wrong, I'm really sleepy) I don't know how things in other states work, but New York state taxes EVERYTHING, including water. I'm sure if someone told the Gamestops here about illegal taxes they wouldn't fix a thing. Walmart would bend over and kiss the customer's *** if they complained about it, but just that one customer. Everyone else could bite it, until another customer complained and the same thing would happen. Just how NY State is.

    Ah well to each there own Paypal is basically a credit card in its own right. its basically a zero percent interest card and only the buyer pays a fee

    hence why its easy to go anonymous on Ebay and here on PW.

    Good way to stay off the grid to a point

    but trust how ever you want :-)

    you basically fill your Paypal account with as much money as you want then

    throw it into money market ( if you want ) to earn interest

    but i digress and am not getting paid for suggesting this but you go ahead and continue to

    pay tax on your PWI cards i'll continue to do offers and charge the occasional 10 dollars
