Nirvana Talismans.. so unfair..

I know no GM or DEV or whatever will give a **** about this post and also I know that PWI gives a **** about casters classes... but.. don`t you think is really unfair that casters only get one talisman to do casters nirvy plus the ones you get from bh`s, and the other classes get 3 keys for nirvana plus the ones they get from bh`s? we all know that unless you are a cleric or you have awesome friends if you are a caster is almost impossible to run regular Nirvy.... it will be great that everyone along with the 3 keys we get daily get also 3 talismans.. what do you think? b:sad

    Well they may just take out the option of trade the talisman for subs/mirages etc. i have like 100 keys.. and I can t trade them for anything..

    I don't agree.. U may blame me cuz im cleric and i -can- do both..but really

    U get one talisman from BH1, BH2 (+1 talisman for each bh u have done) And one more talisman at Mysterious Old Guy. Only thing they could take off is one nirvy key for caster nirv..make new NPC for that.. So that casters who don't get chance for normal nirvana, can use 99 Keys quest more often.

    If they take away the free subs and give us more talis as soon as you reach lvl 100 i will take you to all the caster nirvy runs I make daily.. and you will see the profit.

    We get 3 talis only with old man and bh s ... and yes you are a cleric.. you don t understand how **** up you feel when you see people doing a lot of runs and also paying for openers when you are just limited to 3 runs max per day.

    Get rid of Talismans entirely.
    You should be able to start either option at the start with whatever squad you want, like selecting difficulty in TT.

    I have a 5APS BM and Sin on DW, and back when I still played on Dreamweaver I was doing 3 man Nirvanas in 10-15 minutes, I sincerely doubt a caster Nirvana can come even remotely close to that kind of profit. On Lothranis my BM only has 4APS right now, but thanks to 2x I can spam Nirvana and fix that in a week or two depending on my lazyness, since all I need are the pants to be 5APS. Anyway... point is I don't care to waste my time in caster Nirvana when I have a high APS melee to farm with. I prefer the free subs b:dirty

    I`m not saying that .. I love our nirvy.. I just want the same amount of chances to run it than the melee classes have.. or have the chave to world chat for openers... so take the talis away and use the same keys for both nirvys sounds like a fair solution to me. b:surrender

    i like this, but dont think it will ever happen.

    and caster nirvana is pretty awesome during 2x drops. last 1 run i done was 17 canny's and 4 raps.

    they should remove those things, add the same buff we get to do trials and increase bosses hp.

    that would make it even dps for every class i think

    There should be an option to allow casters to do multiple caster vana runs, in any other sceneario is unfair for casters, esp. when is that dreaded lunar BH day and can only get 1 talisman.

    Yet again I have to say what I said before, what doesn`t allow casters to form a "normal" nirvana? The answer would be that they want apsers to do things way faster than a full squad, well 5 arcanes + a tank, probably a barb, it`s still doable like it was before, in the ancient times when aps was not so easily accessible.

    I have been on runs that took 15~30 minutes in vana with mostly caster classes. Nirvana always boils down to one thing and one thing only, can you dd hard enough?

    You can be 4~5 aps with +1~+2 on weapon refine and that nirvana will take eons. You can be 2.86~3.33 aps with +10~+12 refine and that nirvana will take 15~25 minutes. If everyone is +10~+12, that run will take even less, it doesn't matter what class you are, bosses don't die in 1 sec. The funny thing is, if you already have a +10~+12 weapon, chances are you have no trouble finding vana squads. Personally i would take a +10~+12 caster over a +1~+2 sin/bm, especially if the squad is full of them.

    If by some chance the caster class has poor refines, that does not stop them from creating their own squad. If you refuse to spend teles to create squads, that is a different matter.

    The main difference is that it will take them 3-4 times as long to finish a run as an aps squad. And that doesn't include the half hour-one hour wait for a squad to form and be consistent. This isn't a problem because they want it easy, it's because non-casters make money at 3-4 times the rate as casters do. That means that if you made 1 million coins, a bm has made 4 million. It creates a completely unfair competitive advantage and a monopoly on the instance. Caster Nirvana, from what i've heard from people who went with good squads, takes half that time. 20-30 minutes. The bm who spent twice as much money getting their gear as you is still making money at double the rate you do, but it's also a little more fair and you can compete with them by being more dedicated, harder working. TBH I don't think it's completely unfair to ask for such a thing, any class should be able to make money at a competitive rate using in-game mechanics and not just being ebay-PWI. Sure, some classes are still going to be better at it, but better at it shouldn't be game alerting so. If casters are limited in the number of times they can run in the nirvana that they are good at, then nirvana should be locked that way for everyone. If you can buy keys to bypass your daily limit, you should be able to buy talismans. The only thing that should stop a caster from being able to make money at least a competitive rate as a sin/bm is the individual skill, gear, and willingness to put in the effort.
