client crashes

Kouten - Lost City

Okay so since the expansion, I have been experiencing crashes on earthguard characters pretty much when I am in frost or flying in the north where snow also falls. Sometimes they seem to crash more frequently when I zoom out my camera and am doing aoe on my seeker. On my other account the same issue occurs however, the client locks up. All human characters, untammed, elf, and tideborn characters clients will hog all my cpu memory and pretty much freeze.
Today, tried to create a new archer and could not kill 2 mobs with out locking up. I can play my sin and barb with out much issues. I'm thinking it may be the result of too much going on with in the screen for my computers to compensate. Maybe some unknown error in the graphic code within the game itself?

All drivers are up to date on both the computers I use. That new directX is installed.

Of course i have ticket this many times and they always say it's my computers but I mean can two separately downloaded games have the same issue when they are windows xp and windows 7?

Personally i think they spent all that time on morai zone and ignored the errors happening in other areas but that's just me.

If anyone as any other idea for me to try I would appreciate it.
I might try destructive reformat to see if that solves the issue after verifying pwi files for the 4th time (while I sleep)
