Its a prooven fact that english is the hardest language in the world to learn.I can't think of anyone on the planet that speaks it 100% correctly. Just cause you learnt it,doesn't mean its easy to learn,and you don't speak it very well.You also need to go back and reread Kyan's post with the SS.She never said she got the kill on you,just that she enjoyed seeing your lifeless body.Get your head out of your *** and read post right.

I don't think you can scientifically prove which language is the most difficult to learn. If you take one specific language which you take as a native language, you could analyze which language is the most difficult to learn from that aspect. But not on a global scale.

So you got to take a few things in mind, first of all, written language can differ a lot between eachother when it comes to the way we write letters and symbols, but it can also be the same or identical. Ever seen arabic, thai or korean? Sometimes a language has a word that doesn't excist in another language. Some languages have a lot of verbs, and another doesn't. Words can look and be the same, but have a different meaning, or one language has multiple meanings compared to another. And of course each language has their own rules and such.

English is one of the easiest languages to learn for north western europe. English is a germanic language, just like german and dutch. But english has also a lot of similarities with the romanic languages, like spanish, italian and especially french.
But if a japanese person would start to learn english it's going to be a whole other story. A japanese person would have problems with a few letters and especially the the way words are pronounced. Also japanese are unfamiliar with verbs.

I don't think anyone cares how easy or hard it is to learn croatian, not like anyone would gain from it, unless you want to live there. Just because google translator has difficulty and just gives me a whole other translation than what i wrote isn't because it's difficult to understand, but because the google translator isn't working right for croatian.
The reason i was right the 2nd time was because i translated the words seperately, but when i typed it out as a sentence it gave me something completely different the 1st time. Also proves that croatian grammar is similar to english since the order i wrote out the words was identical to the english way.

a few surprises...gaelic isnt there, also one would think so of the older "dead" languages would be there but arent...not surprising however is that English and Croatian arent on the list at all. notice also there are no "latain inspired" languages arent on the list either...and im not talkin about Cypress Hill either

Like I said, I was talking from my point of view only and I don't want to prove anything, fact is that there is no way that person who's native language is English that has such a simple grammar can easy learn how to write and speak Croatian, and about similarity of Croatian and English LOL...so you translated one word and you think you can claim that... LMFAO you really have no idea what are you talking about.
Mister Duckintiger was persistant that I faked translation on your 1st post, but I really did not.

I know that no one cares about Croatian language, just like Dutch language is something that people find useless too, even the country's that you guys colonized simply hate it and refuse to speak it LOL (I wisited 3 of them so I can tell from my own exp.)...by that I do not mean about those who moved to the Netherlands from occupied Colonial places after World War 2 that makes 65% of today's population in Netherlands.
You know how you guys had population of 5 mil and now all the sudden 16,7 mil...now that's funny.

For me personaly German is much more better and useful language to know than Dutch would ever be. Not to mention that it sounds 100 times better too...LOL when I was in Amsterdam on football game we were LOOOOOOLing so bad about the way how it sounds. And what you said for Asain people, I also do not agree since we have lots of people from Japan and China here who speak average Croatian but still with much better accent than Western Europeans.

well wiki suggests that no one single language is the most difficult to learn, much of the reasons Shif suggests are the same there. tehre is also the argument that dificulty of learning a new language has mostly to do with the age at which your atempting to learn it. conversly, in high school i had more trouble with spanish than i did with french...french is just too damn romantic tho b:dirty
