This reminded me of an advice that I wanted to give to Erza. Make a farming alt, sin or archer.

btw you were wondering how to start off making money? Get yourself up to 10m then try best luck merching ..buying them for under 4.9m each and making into 10m big notes. Once you have at least 15m using any method start fc merching which could be 5m+ a hour then continue your way up to bigger things such a lunar/warsong/shard merching eventually ull hit 200m+ and be able to get ur gear

She'd be better off grinding the basilisks in the desert or 3rd map as a melee class.

Bringing up spiders though reminds me that I haven't made rounds lately. Should do that since it's 2x and there's probably a ton of random clerics up there...

Ty a lot, I'm an barb and had full squad of ppl without aps, pwi is like it is and if u don't wanna do 1 nirvana more than 1 hour u just should get 1 aps. Rest is ok, I don't have rep on any of my chars, never used real money on pw but I still try to enjoy it, thats all.

Come back when you learned how to read. They didn't nurf demon spark, demon BM still will out DPS sage, and even if they did, why the **** would I go sage?

i think your the 1 that need to learn how to read as i never said that they nurfed demon spark i was speaking in the context of if they were to nurf demon spark,

and you need to check out demon and sage skills because demon fist mastery gives 75% extra damage and 1%increase crit rate where as sage gives 90% increase damage so in the even both a sage and demon bm had exact same gears and aps the sage bm would out dps the demon

learn a lil about the classes before you make your fail attempts of questioning which celestial path would be best, as each path has equal pros and cons.

Learn how to read. They are nerfing Triple Spark for every class and cultivation. If you triple spark whether you are demon/sage or caster/melee you will not gain chi during the duration of the triple spark, in PvE or PvP.

well anyways any additional % from the mastery skill is added to the base + weapon damage to make the overall attack damage in case that too complicated for you to understand ill put it as and equation.

((base attack+weapon attack)/100+mastery % increase)= total attack increase

next part;

base attack damage + weapon attack damage + total attack increase = overall attack stat

its basic maths

and the damage increase will fluctuate from player to player depending upon stat build and lvl

Is this a serious post? You really have no idea who Okeano/Divine_Death is?

Anyway, people will still stay demon because they'll still have the interval even if they can't gain chi during spark. All you need is one trip spark for the OP Nirvy squads anyway.

Lol where did you get your equations from? And base attack in your equation is... what? Some magic number?

The 75% or 90% added from mastery is of your weapon damage. And 15% extra weapon damage added to overall damage is very small if you know how damage works in this game.

Your base damage, shown in the character sheet is about 3-4 times the weapon damage so 15% added to 300% or so is very negligible.

Base damage = damage multiplier * weapon damage
Damage multiplier = 1 + Str/150 + weapon mastery + physical attack buffs
Weapon damage = attack from weapon + attack from gem in weapon + attack from rings and other equipment + character level

Comparing 2 BM of exact weapon, 300 STR but demon vs sage, demon will have a multiplier of 1+300/150+ 0.75=3.75 while sage will have 1+300/150+ 0.90=3.9.

If we look at the weapon damage of a TT100 fists +10 with 2 garnet gems and using 2 rings that give 100 attack each, by a 101 BM, it's (1044+1111+142)/2+75*2+100*2+101=1599.5

Wearing that fists and 2 rings, a demon BM will have average base attack of 1599.5*3.75=5998.125 while a sage will have 1599.5 * 3.9 = 6238.05. That's 4 % difference, of which 1% is canceled by the extra crit demon gets. The 3% edge sage have is easily made up by 5 APS of demon vs 4 of sage, or the time it takes for sage to cast Cyclone to achieve 5. And that's assume you'll spend a few hundred mil for a tome.

DPS aside, demon spark isn't the reason I went demon.

Im not sure why people think that bms arent going to get invited to squads anymore with the nerf to demon spark. How often do we REALLY use bms for their APS? Delta? No we use them for hf and stun spam, FC? Same thing. Nirvana? Any bm that just uses triple spark over and over is completely terrible they really should be using hf when the other 4-5 dd's spark.

well from and aps perspective if they were to nurf spark, sage would be better imo but i assume like you what attracted me to demon was the demon marrows, fissure, rop, dg which i would say are > the sage counter parts these generally being most important skills for tw and being a support class which bm was originally designed to be.

Myself and others in my guild have been helping other guildies non-stop in Nirvana, FC and even Lunar...

And there is such a thing as a fixed squad - this is you and friends combining efforts to work together so all of you benefit. True, it is a difficult system and you have to plan for arguments... but it really is a good method to use - to help a group of people with similiar gaming hours - farm what they need.
