    People are proud of their 33ks? They screenshot and then add text to them? Ok then i won't show my 130k crits.

    Pre rank 9 tw's weren't anything special, there was still the +10 power houses and the non +10 powerhouses. Actually less one shots now than then. Still is "the haves" and the "haves not."

    Ofc i am not saying rank 9 is good for pwi, just saying its pretty much the same thing. Ofc if there WASN't rank 9 available then now gear would even more equal.
