U guys know that u can get punished cause of that... If someone makes a charge, you have a problem. Its against ur own rules... In ur ToS:

And just for the possibility that im right... what have that to do with the ppl on the actually running american Server that cant play cause of their names... especially them that just got cencored cause of combiniations of Letters in their names, cause of fragments in their names? You guys do realize, that by *not* previously giving an emergency maintenance you already made many people miss out on a special event? Who cares about the playerbase and the trouble they are having.

Human Rights is not applicable to Pixel People. Therefore, your quoting of Human Right's declarations is moot. In a different context it might have worked but what you have argued cannot work because, as said, Pixal people have no rights and additionally you have a choice to play this game. It is not like you HAVE to play PW in order to live or survive, etc...You still have a choice in the matter = no oppression, you are not being tortured, you are not being enslaved or detained, you LIFE is not being hindered in any way by this.

I would say this as well and have when people try to argue Freedom of Speech. The application of the Declarations and Ideas just cannot be applied here. Now, if you want to apply Business Law, then you might have some applicable laws and statutes that you could argue, but then again the legal writings of every company can be fairly skin tight. There can be and are some loop holes in which one could argue but you would have to find the right time, place and legal team (including the judge) to get through the legality of the ToS and business of PWE. You also have to keep in mind that legal actions with a company that essentially "leases" much of the context creates even more issues when trying to apply legal statues and ideas.

i was too tired to address this last night. international law as applied in domestic courts has to be applied in conformity with higher authority, that is the U.S. constitutions grants and limitations of governmental authority. here, in conformity with the first amendment prohibit on government control of speech. which this is not. this is private control of speech. moreover, this is a private manner restriction on speech, as opposed to a private content restriction. its arguable that an avatar's name isnt even "speech" as it contains to message or expression of ideas, but that's a digression.

the international declaration on human rights is not binding international law. It is aspirational. It could be considered customary international law, but good luck enforcing customary international law anywhere. It does not have even close to the effect of a treaty. which also wouldn't matter, since nobody signed it, its approval was voted on by the general assembly which pretty much just makes it binding within the UN. and there is no private right of action. there would be neither a state petitioner nor a state respondent in your theoretical petition.

Ok just i have another opinion about all that... u are right i dont need to play pwi... but pwe's tos say they act under the laws of california and that include the human rights... ok every human dont need to play pwi, they all have a choise to dont do it... true so far, but behind that pixal people are the rl ones and that have rights... about their religion, skin and all that... since there are filtered words like "Japanese" and "Nigeria" ... so pwe is acting against that rights... the internet dont protect racist people and something else in the way that they can just say, its just about toons, pixal people.... there is a bit more, it hurt deeper as just cant play or just cant write all words... im not from Nigeria, im not japanese but im a tolerant person that is totally against any racism... so i just say my opinion, thats all.

PWI didn't try to be racist with censoring Japanese and Nigeria, etc. They intented on the racial terms "***" and "nig" to get censored, but when you put those words into the bigger words that you said, it gets censored also.

True so far, but they do it anyway... ask the japanese ppl and that ones from Nigeria and something else... just cause there is another reason for it make it not better in that, all companys have to accept so far they cant filter words in that way without get the risk to be racism... its like i didnt know that its not allowed to kill accidently a person in rl... to make it with no wish to do it and have another reason dont protect from its not right... well im not fully concetrated now... need to go a bit... i hope just my fast text is not that bad to understand... sry so far

As a person who is born and raised in California, you have no clue as to how this represents Human Rights. You have to first show how any of your rights have been taken away.

They own your character, your pixels, your text, your gear, everything in this game. You cannot claim a human rights violation surrounding something you don't even have a right to be playing in the first place.
