I once had some guy trying to mess with me <--I'm a guy too. Anyways if ignoring doesn't help and he keeps following you(I would go with the FL advice on deleting those you're not too familiar with), mess with him back. Are you in a guild? Do you have some cool people people on your FL? If so, spam him with **** icons, have your whole faction do it...along with your friends. Follow him around. Repeatedly challenge him to duel. Enter PVP mode for a little bit(only if you know how the SL works) and see if he takes the bait. Only do these things to have a little fun with him. In most cases ignoring will wield the quickest result, but this way YOU get to have a little fun too. For all you know though, it may be someone you do know and they are just seeing how you react, which if that is the case...**** them.

Nothing works against e-stalkers lol. Be happy that its only in this videgame. What can a GM do, ban him? Than he will log in from another account, way more mad than before. I'm sure he has loads and loads of chars to choose from when he chats in-game. He can connect using proxy to if he wanna avoid showing his IP.

So be happy that the "stalker" only pms your wife and follows her around in PWI. At least he cant see where she is all the time, if she deleted his chars from FL.

He could be spamming WC, guild forums, posting her pictures, msn + e-mail address, trying to find her on other sites online, etc etc. Your e-wifes stalker seems pretty harmless actually. Ignore him and in a few weeks he will find someone else to stalk.

Personally I'd go with Tadpole's ideal. Harass him straight back, and have some friends help.

How do they make derogatory gestures you can't ignore? I look in the actions bar and I don't see any "middle finger" or "humping" emote, alas. It just sounds to me like you're whining and want intervention to make someone go away just for annoying you.

While there's a significant amount of people who play MMORPG's who have social disorders and likely more real life issues than others (i.e. stalker'ish attitude, also severely increased sensitivity), just like in real life you're going to have to, to some degree, deal with elements you don't like. You're merely throwing fuel into the fire for someone who is out get exactly what you're giving them in return -- more attention. Leave it alone, and move along.

Barbs can kinda hump people, and the person has been sticking their characters mount butt in her face constantly. They can also fly over the person close enough to make it look like your giving someone...well it can't be said on the forums you figure it out. But honestly, none of this is really a problem if they don't know where you are. Stop afking in the same exact place everytime and delete anyone you aren't close with off of your friends list. Shouldn't have that problem anymore, and I know cause it happened to my veno. :P Didn't last long because I quit playing the veno anyway to make a bm because venos couldn't fly and apparently in the stupid fog of my newness a blademaster was the only class I wouldn't care because I can just run fast. :P Dead serious. The only reason I started playing a cleric is because they could fly. So stupid lol.
