    i was wondering...when do we receive the prize?
    oh and....i'm sorry that most of u seemed to hate the winning eggs.. i'm just glad i finally won something lol.... i think it's kind of rude to trash someone work even if u think your own creation is better. i don't really appreciate the irony in the posts or all the assumptions u make related to how the winners were chosen......
    Saying 'congratulation to the winners' at the end of the post dosen't really change the message of the post.
    Anyway i was just stating my opinion as you are all free to write what you please.

    Eh... grats to the winners, though 4 of them imo were cute, but didn't deserve 1st. I didn't finish my egg in time, I now have a half finished discarded egg in my desk b:shocked Anyway, I want a monster gorilla bunny! :3

    As an "Artist" you have to live with critic, no matter how bad it sounds. Tho a critic is always touchy but even you should admit that there been way better eggs. No offense against your person, but if 100% of community feels that something went wrong (and in this case i never read that everyone deserved their prize, even by people who didnt compete, so its not out of jealousy) then there IS something wrong.

    You got your price, we dont want to take it away from you (rather give another one to people who do deserve it), but honestly dont complain here that people talk bad about it, its not about you and your egg, its about the decision that been made.

    You can critisize my Art as well, but whoever says the Panda with the Carrot is a bad picture, will get killed by me.
    If i m trolling and spamming on forum...then i cant sleep and need a good laugh

    I think big companies like this tend to pick things that look like they're drawn my young people/amateurs because they don't want to look like art snobs. If the only winners are obviously talented artists with adobe CS5 and a tablet, who would enter?
    It's not particularly fair because artists with those things can spend 3-10 hours on a peice and get overlooked for being "too professional" or really, in essence "too good."

    On the other hand an amateur/youngster can spend just as much time trying to make something look halfway decent in paint. It is what it is, but perhaps they should call it like it is in the rules and just state they'll pick whichever ones they want... not necessarily "the best." That way good artists egos wont deflate an amateurs understand they have a chance.

    That last one is going in my siggy though. True testament to my name. It should be their new front page graphic. b:laugh

    I thought same, but honestly that makes PWI look like it has an average playerbase of 13 years old kids (no offense to eggs, there are few that are ok).

    Check the winning eggs again. You will see two or three eggs which didn't even have any contents and colors of PWI's theme as mentioned here: "Designs must be PWI-themed". Well, nvm. Event has already over. :D

    theyre all PWI related, and ill tell you how

    in order of the winners in the first post of the topic:

    1- an earthguard holding a Snow Hare
    2- there are 2 Huggy Hares at the bottom. im guessing the guy with axes in the middle is a barb. i dont know whats up with the watermelon like thing with teeth though.
    3- an earthguard
    4- Snow Hare and Huggy Hare
    5- Snow Hare
    6- an earthguard (i wouldnt say the bunnies are PWI related though)
    5- Fragrant Hills background with drawn in PWI classes.

    First of all, congrats to all the winners. b:victory

    I'm sad to see there are always people for complaining THEY did not win rather than those who have been chosen. I mean, this is a CONTEST, in hands of a panel of judges, i. e. real PERSONS, which implies it will be SUBJECTIVE. This has nothing to do with maths, 1+1=2. No it's personal feelings about what one likes or not.
    I really don't understand why you guys are all raging like that. Jealous or what?...

    i m not upset that I didnt get the egg, i m more dissapointed that people who have talents, got nothing while other people with 0 draw talent and childish behaviour like yours get something. i wanted the bunny yes, but hell i would have said grats to everyone who deserved it. imo..there are 3/7 eggs that are ok, the rest is just not good enough.
    AND FYI: the panda picture isnt mine. its from someone else. mine egg cant compete to that and with 2/7 eggs that won.
    So you want to tell me that the egg with panda is better than the archasour one? then you must be blind.
    i posted btw another picure as well that i liked and i dont even see it on their page. i found it under comments and liked it and she was from my server, so imo she would have gotten it. so much for "jealousy".

    You're still getting your prize. Accept the criticism, learn from it if you can, and move on. It's what being an artist is about. And yes, that panda one IS better than a few of the winners.

    Imo, I dont think they really judged the "look-how-good-I-am-in-drawing" ability, (of course some other eggs were reeeeally good) but rather the originality, the spirit, the idea in general. This, in order to give everyone his chance, and not only the pro-artists good at drawing. Don't you think?
