    right...more tips from ppl who don't play sin.... i said use ig or ad...u go use antiseal in tw between 5-20 ppl and see how long you live...1 vs 1 maybe can pull a kill....in tw i doubt sir

    Notice how I never criticize you for using it in TW?
    There's a difference. In TW, there's a lot at stake, and some die-hard guildies might resort to any means neccesary to win. For example, maybe Barba spams ironguards in TW too because his guild's income depends on wins, so he'd definitely want to use every resource possible to try and win. Or from a strategic perspective, a front-line DD who's IGed gives his guild a slight advantage in that all the enemy tab-targetters are being slowed down just a tad.

    I criticize it because you spam the things to the point where it's an absolute dependancy. PK, TW...everywhere. I also personally laugh at anyone who spams them in PK because the people that do often run the hell away the moment the IG wears off: what's the point in that? You're not proving a damn, you're killing an enemy that LITERALLY can't harm you, nor stunlock you. Their only choice is to run away, and I dunno if you've noticed, but sins have more control skills than any other class, so running away will probably be hindered.
    You're literally shooting fish in a barrel, and not only that...You're PAYING to do so. I've known a couple people who love playing games with all the cheat codes and being practically invincible, and while I personally can't understand it, I know there's a certain type of person who enjoys it. But PAYING for it? Like wtf, where do you live? I should go to your house, open a shoot-a-fish-in-a-barrel stand and I'd be rich in no time. You'd find it so absolutely thrilling that you'd keep coming back for more. Every time you fight someone it's 40k. The money you've wasted on IGs is probably equal to Catalyst's current weekly income.


    And let's be realistic here. Generalizations aside, who here REALISTICALLY sees you IGed in TW and thinks "Oh, I bet Nyxyo's IGed because he really cares about his guild and knows that as a frontline DD with IG up, he's of some minor strategic value to his guild." **** no, everyone knows it's because you're dependent on the damn things.

    With all due respect, I just have trouble watching you play without thinking "why the hell do you even bother?" Why do you even play? There's no feeling of fulfillment to be gained from your playstyle. Hell, your first character was a veno, wasn't it? Didn't venos used to be the "holy **** so broken and OP" class?

    I still don't understand why you'd play your sin over your ep or veno in TW, only to waste thousands on IG's on a pointless class that trys too hard to be useful.

    Let's be real guys...with the current gold prices vs pots, just dying once while hp charmed or ticking your charm twice in a fight costs more coins than popping an IG.

    3 mil hp charms = 2.5 coins per hp.

    Lets say Nyxyo has 10k hp.

    1 average charm tick during combat = 6500 hp tick.

    1 death = 10k hp tick.

    16500 * 2.5 = 41250 coins lost.

    average cost of 1 IG pot: 30k

    You don't tick charms while IG'ed, and you can't be stunned, silenced, slept, w/e.

    The same is not true for an hp charm.

    Conclusion?

    Skip equipping an hp charm, and just IG for every single pvp encounter instead. You'll save money, and also **** off every single person you fight. And isn't that the point of pvp?

    I've quit excluding TW for my faction. But I still hang around to help out those who still enjoy the game under PWEs horrific handling and to have fun in the forums. b:cute

    I'm a peaceful Courier. I talked Ulysses down and cancelled the launch. I understand his frustrations but wtf he of anyone should know "those who don't learn from history are doomed to repeat it." He'd be no better than NCR if he launched them.

    IG + AD spam is what makes this game so unique. What other game hands every single class the ability to be completely invincible for 15+ seconds regardless of balance? Does that sound like a game where devs give a **** about balance?

    It's not like IG are even hard to make now compared to any other pot, given that 90% of the active population on this server are already in the faction that controls 1k.

    I blew a piece off the Legion. Was in a bad mood as id ****ed up my potential perfect-as-possible/NCR run by not having Boone with me for his quest triggers :(

    The problem here isn't with fighting 5-20 people in TW, it's with what class you are playing against 5-20 people. I'm reasonably sure if you had invested all the gear you've invested on a useless Sin into an actual useful class, such as an Archer, you would have been far more capable of tanking 5-20 people in TW while still taking out targets. Keep your Sin for facerolling your keyboard in PvP, play an actual real class in TW. Problem solved.

    I feel like the only one that just left the Legion alone.
    Their intentions are good, they're loyal, and the society is doomed to fail within 50 years. Just let it fall apart after beating them at Hoover Dam; no need to make it any worse for them.

    God forbid someone actually plays a class they want to play in a game. Nope, none of us here want to actually enjoy the game and only want to log on for 10 min faceroll TW's.

    Nyxyo is right though, any sin who just pops out of stealth on a backline target in TW without IG/AD is asking to get insta-nuked. Any player who presses "tab" immediately auto targets the sin. All they have to do then is press 1 to get a kill on a LA target way too overextended in TW - it's just that easy.

    After the expansion, sins get a skill that reflects damage to their cursed target. They will then essentially become crappy knockoff-versions of suicide bombers that take out one target while sacrificing themselves in the process.

    True, though I could have said any class other than a Sin, I suppose. But Blademasters are beast tanks when properly geared/played. One of the more underrated classes in TW.

    hmm dunno were to start...lets try anyway..

    -sin payed alone for his gear....he made it... he farmed...i didn't cashop only once to buy nyx for my veno at begin....had to kill lots of kylinsb:surrender
    -with veno that was my main i couldn't farm for me or for my friends or kill for me or my friends or my guild

    -until i got rank9 dagger i admit i also believed sin to be useless in tw...the zerk dagger and many attack level made me change my mind and sin seems to be useful in killing clerics in tw....ask kylin's clerics what they think about it....and no matter haters gonna say clerics are backbone of army in twb:victory

    -pvp...i think been a year since i got rank9 dagger and i used to hunt GBQ back then like a lot....but was obvious pretty soon that nobody had any chance to survive my attacks...there for was no challenge and no fun...i stopped pvp at all ...only time i pvp is if guild ask help or is gang bang or if my friends call in help... on my own will i don't kill anyone anymore...there for to say i use ig in pvp become bit ridiculous...

    -oh and bm more useful in tw....ofc he is ...aoe stun+dragons is way OP...but show me bm who go into a serious tw with out ig and i'll show you a noob

    -i got cleric and veno also i enjoy tw with..cleric is in crimson and i use according to sing up needs...and veno was in insanity to fight valhalla and deicide(back then when all scream crimson don't help)


    as a conclusion i say is a free country (w/e your country is) ..you play what you want how you want...i don't really care what ppl say about me or my class (altho i admit sin ruin pvp)

    it does bother me when ppl come with advice and tips about a class (either sin or veno or cleric or ...any) that they never actually play...what i do with sin is after many failed attempts to work a strategy and this was i got up in the end...i am not pro nor noob..i am a decent player and i like to go around b:kiss

    And looking at people's HP bars and mashing the heal button is any more fun? If he somehow enjoys sparking, double clicking on a cleric, then dying in TW, then that's his call to make. He can probably brag to his friends on vent about how he killed that cleric in 1 second.

    Have you seen him really fight in pvp? He uses IG to kill psychics because for some reason he refuses to change his genie build - just about every sin who wants to kill a decently geared psy is forced to AD/IG/Genie or get sealed / psy willed. What about other sins like Guna, Joppe, etc? They use just as many IG and for non-psys also, in regular pk. Hell, I once dropped, cast one 2s nuke on Guna, and he IG'ed.

    Yes. But the new skill will make their target blow up even faster, even if it runs away. What's your point?
