    What I just wonder is how is powerleveling faceroll and doing regular quests a challenge? Doing the same quests over and over again is more a challenge to your patience than anything else. I found it a far bigger challenge to learn to solo frost selfbuffed and uncharmed without dying. Ever tried solong the debuff boss after big room with 6.5k hp, a genie with domain, some event pots and maybe a dew of star protection, self buffed with noone healing? I consider that a far bigger challenge than "kill 50 mobs, then kill another 50 mobs". But yea, I am sure I learn to use my skills correctly better on those quests...

I got my BM to level 60 by opening packs from the nein quest on him, to 70 with goshiki chain and BHs, and from 70 to 80 with BH orbs and BH , I just did BHs with him with high level friends soloing them for me, and yet I feel safe saying I play my BM fairly well, and the people I run BH with always ask me to go on more runs with them.     I know you are epically BSing, at endgame, popularity goes to 5APS sins/BMs and veno (5APS or not) at endgame, rest of the classes are just obsolete when cash shopping. People under LVL60 saying it? I have lots of LVL60+ chars too you know. And OFC even some LVL100s are saying it....

    Nirvana? GL with that, most likely you are going to be trash because 5.0 BMs/Sins will just easily kick you. More people prefer BM / Sin... Unless you run with faction you ain't going to nirvana, maybe a bit easier since you fall under the 5.0 hype.

    TT?? I do TTs even when I was 2x, GTFO, thx. I think you can't even TT at 20+ levels until 100 either, and your a barb... Making one of the OP classes into a mediocre cash shopper class.

    PK? LOL fail!!! You PK lower levels? WTG. There's such thing as PVP server, have you heard of that? And PK starts at LVL30+... Even I know that, shame on you.

    TW? Everyone can TW... Another idiotic response.

    BH? What kind of fail are you? You FCed THAT much? BH starts at LVL40....

    Weekly events.... Dragon isle race starts at 40.... celestial tigers event I do even with my LVL50+ chars.

    1k streams? I usually port there...

    Delta? Yeah that area isn't that hard. Infact, the easiest out of ALL rebirths....

    Perhaps you could TW at level 1 Yulk_Owns. You can start pvp at 30, as long as u don't mind taking 10 times your hp on damage by a random level 100. However this game is old already. The OP clearly said that you lowbies can participate in a lot of events, however in most of those events level 100s participate too.... b:chuckle and believe it or not, the lowbies always lose to the 100s.

    So in practical terms: There is not much to do before level 100, except reaching level 100.

    When you do BHs, that is. OFC there would not be much to do because there are too many oracles/hypers/packs/fcs/bhs... Do they even know Waning moon's quest or DOD?

    Nope, I don't know that waning moon's quest and I don't think it matters. Does it give anything that is comparable to rank8 gear or something like 500k or more exp. If not, then I don't care.

    And DoD, are you talking about diamond of dragon xD ?

    Rawrgh, I gotta say, I love your posts. I enjoy reading them and I enjoy learning from them.
    That being said, I think you have captured all my thoughts about pleveling.
    I have to level the old way because I have no one to solo FCs for me, and I find it stupid to "pay" to get into an FC, when they could just as easily scam you out of your coins. (Even though I refuse to pay for a service on this game until after the service is complete.)
    Honestly, I'm sick of the babies out there QQing that they don't wanna squad with fail n00bs who can't play their class.
    Yes, some classes are harder than others. I find my mystic harder since she has not only her own chain of attacks, but pets AND traps ontop of that. But that doesn't mean I spent the first 30 levels trying to figure it out. It's not that hard. The only way a person can be fail is if they have no clue what is going on in their class, regardless of how long it took to get to that level.
    Once I was in an FC with a random BM, she was level 100, had all the wep paths and weps and elite gear and all this pretty fashion... we get to the dragoons before Hooligan and she asks "What axe aoe skills do BMs have?" b:sweat
    But does that make me think ALL BM's who pleveled to 100 are fail? No... I've squaded with some good pleveled BMs (Along with others) in FC squads, and I never had a problem with it. Sometimes I don't even know until they tell me.

    But there is no shame in pleveling, as long as you play for 5 minutes after you level to 100, you basically learned you class.

    I've done every single quest in the game before, if you have as well you'd know how much you don't want to do all that **** again, hell doing culti like 50 times (just the 20-40 culti) is such a pain in the *** I hate doing it... (and anyone that has more then one char can attest to this as well)

    And about being PK'd at level 30... It happens all the time their are ALWAYS gonna be *** hats on PvP servers, that doesn't mean everyone is (and if that level 90 reads the forums they very well have a good damn reason to kill you...)

    And of course there are a lot of pretty girls that play MM0's and there are SOME guys who are attractive looking that play them too.
    It seems PWI has a prettier playerbase than some of the other top-hit MM0's out there though, so I will give you the benefit of the doubt :D

    sorry i didn't read the 18 pages in this thread so if something i say here is already covered then sorry.


    now i agree with the OP. i personally think it's silly to slowly grind my way through quest chains i've done before. this archer was made before the days of bh and i also have a veno at level 70 from those days as well. i'll be damned if i grind the hell to those levels via quests on any other class.

    i'll admit i offten make jokes about powerleveling but i personally see nothing wrong with it when you've already did the boring quests and read the unintresting storyline the questing tries to convey.

    this game really isn't that hard. and really all it requires is common sense. just from reading the skill decrptions on ecatomb, i can get a good jest of how a class could, and should be played.

    it's true, just because one power levels they shouldn't be labeled as fail. what i think happening is this, people get in parties with high level character, lets say a barb. the barb stays in human form, or stays in tiger form, but doesn't use skills resulting in other memebrs of the party getting arrgo and everyone dying. the high level barb power leveled, and is only like a few days into the game. now, from that ONE barb people basicly lump all powerlevelers as sucky players. the thing is there is a good chance that the majority og players who powerlevel are actually good, but we being human, only look at the bad lol. we see high levels and he doing a good job so some may think "now he leveled the 'right' way." when in reality the guy may only be a few days into the game.

    and it's just plain sad when people see other characters playing wrong, rather than suggest a better way to play, they simply insult and rage. as far as i'm concerned this is a game and i'm playing for fun, fun for me, happens when i get to level 80+, where i can actually be of use to my guildmates. i'm not gonna waste my time leveling the old way when i've already done so 2 or 3 times once before, if i have the coin to burn, hell yeah i'll powerlevel.
