    To be honest, i don't really eat up a lot of mp on my seeker.
    Only time i do is when i round up a couple mobs and aoe them all only then do i hp/mp pot like a mad man.

    yup i do like seekers not a bad class to play i never ran out of mana on him only my mystic runs out of mana alot not as bad now that i fixed his build a bit

    I can't figure out why mystic has faster casts than a wizard. Doesn't make sense to me but just the way it is

    it can be a number of things like the skills are not all the same maybe a wizard's skill take longer higher dmg skills or longer range who knows forsure

    Anyone have any links to some site that has a full list of skills, if they were released somewhere on some Chinese PWI forums perhaps? Curiosity might of killed the cat, but god i'm curios to know what other skills will come about. b:shutup

    Mooy posted a full list of the ones released in the CN version here. Could still change between now and whenever they're implemented here, though.

    New classes actually seems balanced so far, assassins still shiets on anything 1v1 and can out dps an entire party. When you compare them to sins all the time, they seems pretty weak almost b:chuckle

    Its funny because like 2-3 months into the Tideborn expansion, there was probably 100 raging treads about OP-fish every day.

    I haven't seen a single one about Mystics or Seekers (maybe 1, but not even worth taking serious since no real arguments). There is already several 100+ Earthguards around to, way more power leveling than after Tideborn expansion.

    There are a few Mystic-skills that seems a bit un-balanced, like the Knock Back working in PvP. That they can hit through Immune skills/pots is bs to. Ive seen Seekers at low 8X solo all the mobs in exp room in Frost in 2 minutes, they surely get some pretty impressive aoe skills early on. But nothing of this is really outrageous enough to rage about.

    because EVERY blasted caster class in the game casts faster than a wizard.

    (also because the wizards' skills hit hardest per hit. if you speeded them up, their DPS could in theory get unmanageable. not, mind you, that they couldn't be speeded up considerably before that became a real concern, the way things stand now...)

    I've not been playing Perfect World for that long, but I did notice alot of shifts when the Earthguard were released. Let me try to analyze both points because I believe I may have cracked the system behind them. Allow me to explain. Please note that everything here is related solely to the Mystic class as it is they who should get most of the heat. I've not seen many overpowering aspects for the Seeker class.

    Let's see: High points of the Mystic class:

    Powerful attacks
    Healing Abilities
    Summoned creatures functioning similar to Venomancer pets
    Plant conjuring with varying Area effects from healing to support.
    Low casting time for most spells
    Auto Resurrection ability

    Low points for the Mystic class:

    High casting time for the most powerful spells
    Very frail, and likely to be KOed in just a few hits in PvP even with Auto Res.
    Most skills drink away Mana like crazy.
    If the summon dies, they are practically screwed.


    Now, let me get into my theory on the matter.

    It cannot be denied that, early on Mystics are very overpowered. With healing abilities, and powerful attacks it is unlikely that other classes of a similar level would be able to stand toe to toe with a Mystic. They are essentially a combination of a Wizard, Cleric, and Venomancer as well as possessing many unique abilities of their own. Receiving an Auto Resurrection ability so early is likely most of the reason for the claims of overpowering. I admit that I too originally thought that the Mystic class' skills were horribly broken.

    However, I've recently come to a realization while playing my Blademaster; most of his starting skills are very underpowered damage wise, but his later skills take a different turn, and become much more powerful. I believe that the opposite may be true for the Mystic, that is they receive their more powerful and useful abilities earlier on but they even out with other classes at higher levels. So even though Mystics are very powerful now, where low-low mid range characters are questing, in the future that may change and even out.

    In conclusion, I believe that Mystic were likely made for those people who wish for a class that is easy to use and level up with early on. New players, or those who don't wish to go through the trials of getting their character to a high level again. In the future, the Mystic class will likely prove to be pretty well balanced with the others. I don't think we should jump to conclusions just yet. Give it a few months, enough time for those using the Mystic class to get to levels on par with veteran players and see what happens then (I'm aware that some have already reached that point but I don't believe there are enough to make a real assessment yet). If their overpowering is STILL apparent even then, then yes something will need to be done to balance the classes more, either buffing the other classes or nerfing the Mystics, but wait until everything is out in the open.

    So... No -Chan gear for a Wiz? o.O

    The long channeling time does make it a pain to level a wiz in the lower levels. And I'm not about to power level my wiz. I'll buy really good gear for her though.
