eh well cant really do anything for pple who dont care wtf is above their name but as a last resort its usually told to officers. ...unless officers dont care too.. which is pretty rare, at least i hope.

This happens because if you see the most 'popular' old Nefarious members joinning another faction is easy to say Nef2, sorry but Vindicate is Vindicate and Nefarious is Nefarious, still a faction around in the server.........two different factions were the people moved or not. During the last months I saw many people from Regicide moved to Legendary and I don't see anywhere telling 'Look they become on Regi2'.............. the fact is people envy or hate Vindicate.

People say that all the time now. The ones saying so are always Leg/Regi haters though.

Just gonna defend Legendary, too. Whenever someone of.... "questionable character" but OP gear applies alot of people jump in "we can use them in TW" but a greater amount of Legendarians speak up on how important quality of player and personal character is, and the vote usualy went in favor of character vs gear since gear is easier to improve.

Ummm... We constantly get called Regendary, or Legicide, for a long time now. Long before those few Regicide members came over to Legendary.

And really, I don't really see many people envying a faction where the leader seems to turn a blind eye whenever an issue is brought up concerning one of their biggest members. In fact, many of their biggest trash talkers are officers, and from what I have seen, no punishment is brought upon those who break Vindicate's "rules" whatever those may be.

You missed the point a bit. I said 80% of the TW lineup is based of veteran Nefarians. You would be surprised how many familiar names i saw in the last Vindi vs. Regi TWs when i was still in Regicide. Vindicate may be Vindicate and not Nefarious but you cant deny neither the past nor where the knowledge and experience regarding TW comes from.

Dont get me wrong, i loved Nefarious all along up to the point when a democratic faction turned into "shup up, we dont care for our own rules, we dont care for what our members think or say and we dont care about the members morals" politics and yes, the people who think like that are still/again in there.

As for the Neficate / Nef2 thing... It may not only be the percentage of old Nefarian members because ... Well, history repeats. Always. I guess its somewhat human nature that we dont learn out of our mistakes. Nefarious has a rule against trashtalking in WC and other instances of chat. That still doesnt stop anyone from trashtalking in PK, after SasakiSayuri i havnt seen it happen that anyone ever has been kicked from the faction because of that even tho its written in their rules which were made by the first leader. All what ever happened was "warning shots" (mostly because of good gear and TW availability) which didnt make the things any better. Close-to-same case in Vindi right now. Someone harms the factions reputation/causing drama and all he gets is a "warning shot". Do you see the similarities?

I totally understand and I see where you want to go. I don't know if this person has beeing warned or even if Vindicate leader/officers know this trouble, but as fas as I know no one has reported anything about this.

Alone the fact that he spent at least an hour almost every day in cube room 11 the last week alone to charge the people who are trying to get through 10k to pass and if they didnt pay he threatened them to kill them is ... well ... a pretty poor thing. This speaks for itself, doesnt it?

He even bragged about it on WC and he was not alone in there, he had others helping him.

Instead you punish the mouthy, weak members. I can think of another wizard whose behavior is much less severe in egotistical nature, yet was asked to leave cuz he is seen as being a constant problem. But in defense of the administration, said wizard isn't full r9 with a +12 weapon. Gotta do what's best for the faction yo! :O

for daph it isnt naming and shaming- it is the other comment the person made that is.... with distinct intentions of naming the person of a bannable offense w/ the name of their shop (pretty low)

Some hated Saren's archer too sure, but I think a lot of the current posters were too lowbie at the time to participate in Cube, PK, or care. Besides, this person's archer had way hotter pixels. My theory is that if you got lol camped by someone with large **** and a cute face (and didn't know it was a guy), you can't stay mad.

The wizard has a receding hair line and looks like an angry old witch who also happens to be smirking (or the smirking part is only my imagination), thus e-hate on forams is necessary! Nuff said.

lol welcome to Sanctuary -- the server of hypocrits, double standards, and people who just care too god damn much. you should remember these moments, so that a couple months down the road when you repeat a couple of statements that you just made again - you can remember, it's all normal and expected x)
