myen forums died in 2008 lol and sure, we can all agree that i'm terrible until i can bother to level again. but you'll have to wait, s1r; bored of all the 1-100 ****. i've done 1-80 5 times, and 1-10x 4. genesis is suppose to bring new quest, that's why i said 'maybe'.

and for the last time, i am not changing my avatar! in-game avatars capitalize my name, and it's uncapitalized for a reason.

Good for you. So have we all.

And aps bm aren't the problem anymore at all. If anything, I prefer them to rank 9 axes that crit 3x in a row. If you pk'd at all, let alone since the rank sale, you'd know that.

Switching axes to stun and claws to 5 aps give them decent opportunities to **** up a stun lock. Wizzies have their hands full enough with pk that they need every chance for that they can get.

And yes, alot of that vid was the genie, as prof said. And his genie IS epic. I don't know that I see many that good at all, certainly not on our little server.

And for all the mistakes you've made publicly, Mr. "I thought air to ground nerf went both ways", for you to call anyone noob? lulz - stop now and allow some period of time to pass to try to regain your dignity, or at least allow people to forget that you don't know wtf you are talking about.

+10 mages only have 10k pdef? y'all are doing it wrong. with my accessories down to +10(from +11), I still get over 15k..

I assume by 1 shot, you're going 3fury+ rank 9+12 zerk/crit+amps/debuffs/etc. w/e. if it takes all that, it wasn't a 1 shot. that's like wbs who were bragging about perdition damage when tree of protection was broken.

nope, not at all. especially not rank ones, with +12 weapons. it's not like the players of utopia aren't lazier than pwi players, and everybody has a farm alt to get everything they'll ever need.

the defense difference is about 8%, yes.

to be fair, we don't have rank 9 yet. though, it's not that much more patk than the normal rank 8 daggers. maybe I underestimate the atk levels? but I remember reading you can't use jones' blessing with rank 9, so.. eh. I don't know. still, I've never been 1 shotted by a sin. I can, however, have my hiero bypassed by 3fury(4.0+) if I'm unable to defend myself - assuming they crit every hit/never miss(my 290 dodge is ftw).

I think you're doing it wrong, or have some stupidly bad experience. or you're a sin, trying to sound pro. who knows? from what I get from Amour ingame, all sin's are baddies. also, if I unrefined my accessories down to +0, I still have over 10k pdef. _)_

You vastly underestimate attack levels. Also, Jones' blessing works fine with r9. The refine difference isn't what make r9 so powerfu; the zerk proc (for melee), the adv purge (for ea), the set bonuses, and the 30 atk lvls on the wep do.

I recall a discussion about jones' blessing not working with rank 9 in south archosaur yesterday, and I'm pretty sure they were all in favour that it didn't do anything? is there any evidence behind it? as I said, it's not in our version, so I don't really have much experience with it. I've been on pwi very scarcely since its release.

jones blessings do work with rank9. Most rank9 chars have roughly 100 atk lvl, which means they are doing twice the damage that they'd do without any atk lvl (although 30 is from the blessing that everyone can get). And rank9 sins have a pretty easy time one shotting +10 mages from stealth.. I can't believe you in your infinite wisdom are so many months behind the rest of us.

First off, prof's pdef was actually closer to 16k than to 15k, and that was self buffed, with sage or demon cleric buff he would have 19k pdef.

And the damage reduction difference between 10k and 15.681k is indeed about 8%, but the survivability difference is about 40% (or, going the other direction, 10kpdef would be a 29% survivability reduction from 15.681k pdef). as for the names: habit. nearly 4 years playing with the old names, it kinda stuck to me. besides, if you play lost city, most people use them anyway. i also like the old terms for most things more. unfortunately, if I say things like 'samsara', people get confused and have no idea what I mean. most, if not all people here, know what the old names I use are.

ahhh the demon **** my pants mentality isn't class specific. Guess I shouldn't be surprised coming from you. I'm guessing you also think that demon dragons lasts for 30 mins, demon bell gives 1000% pdef and demon roar of the pride is so amazing that it stuns the entire server every time its cast?

no, but that sounds amazing. I've always preferred demon wrs, long before pw released these new interval items. it's just my preference.

the extra defense helps in crucial situations, never missing a stun is never a downside, and dark dragon is amazing on cata pullers

Yeah the longer stuns and increased dmg on drake's breath bash are nice. Not to mention the crits on glacial spike. I think sage has the longer cyclone heel. . .and sage spark for pve I guess.

no but sage BM adds on skills suck sweaty balls for 1v1

been debated over and over in bm forum...sage = about even with demon in TW demon = better for every other thing in game
