    It's because you were originally using the slowest hitting weapons in the game. -.1 to a bow is next to nothing in terms of atk/sec and damage increase. It's still an increase in attack but nothing major that completely screws up the game (irony isn't it o.o').

    The simple reason this will never happen is because the devs intended on EA's using "bows" not "fists/claws". If they were meant to equip them they would have been included but they weren't. Anyone can wear fists/claws, I could restat for them if I wanted to. Not that I would because it wouldn't do me any good anyways. It's a player's choice to equip them and since you did so on an archer then you have to face the consequence of going without BP.

    there are 2 types of people in thsi game nowadays

    Those who sat here crying because of 5.0 and how it ruined the game, and those who went "hang on a min, instead of re-rolling i will adapt my char to 5.0 too"

    Barbs for example, not built for fists atall; but instead of sitting here complaining about 5.0 or barbs are useless now and Re-Roll, they went and made their barb 5.0 and i never hear a peep of complaint from them because they have BP, they have 5.0, they have their Barb still. I know of plenty of Barbs that went 5.0 and love their char still.

    The rest like "Traz" just sit here and whine about it because they are not smart enough to re-roll or addapt their barb.

    i agree bloodpaint should work for every melee based attack no matter what class. Fox Veno's ARE melee attackers and they don't get bloodpaint either:(
    Killing level 80's with a lvl 60 is a lot more fun than killing level 90's with a level 100.

    Squad buffs should be universal, not restricted to certain classes. Besides, have you realized that archers have NO heal whatsoever? It would be nice to be able to heal up with BP when the cleric is busy healing the tank after an aoe or such. Besides, sins aren't tanks either. They use the same armor as we do, which means the same defenses/hp. Maybe they shouldn't get BP...

    And for everyone saying "then you have to give everyone bow mastery." This makes no sense. Bow mastery is not a buff you can give out to other players. It's a skill.

    In my opinion it should be available for all classes even if clerics and wizzys aren't getting to far with it...but if they want to do melee dmg why shouldnt they get back live. And why shouldnt a sin (like me) paint blood on archers, clerics, wizards or even psychs...and at all there is no big difference between fisting archers and BM's... and archers cant use skills when they equip fists and BM's can...so how can it be fair to give BM's a bloodpainted body but not archers?

    its ligit not that bad of an idea tbh i mean BP is for Physical attacks atm and Archers technically use Physical attacks as do venos

    so the idea of atleast adding the classes that do do phys dmg isnt that bad of an idea

    u have my vote for it

    There are those of us who are completely indifferent if that surprises you. A better take on it is: why would a class that can attain 5 aps complain about 5 aps?

    err... no because we don't want to become obselete in everything but TW, thats like me saying to sins "dont use stealth", ive just capped one of your best reasons for being a sin, just like being able to use fists and hit 5.0 is one of the best reasons for being an archer

    then BP will work for you and you'll do better damage cos of fist mastery! :D

    yes i could, but as my point is; i have just killed off my archer and made the server more bm/sin populated (because it isnt enough already) and wasted 500m+/-

    this isnt complaining, this is trying to make a change to benifit a lot of people

    i also personally enjoy playing Archer far more than sin/bm

    The thing i dont get is, how does it affect you if BP is made universal? why the negativity towards me being an Archer and asking for BP. It wont make any class stronger than it already is, the only thing it will change is; i hopefully will not die so much when i get agro in Nirv etc

    I've always thought that a true archer's goal was to kill things without it being able to reach them (with range derp) so bloodpaint isn't really needed. Just because you're able to get 4/5aps doesn't mean that was the original intention of the class (hence the lack of a melee mastery) so... I think it's reasonable for it to not work for archers.

    with R8 now easier to get its possible to kill mobs before they hit you, where as before with tt99 gold bow and maybe +3 refine, it required some skill and crits to do it.

    when in an instance such as nirvana, why would you use a bow when you can deal a hell of a lot more damage through fists? the funny thing is, in one instance i refused to use fists because i did not want to get agro and die (i was the highest dd'er with fists in taht squad), so... i sat in the back and used my bow to do a lot less damage avoiding agro, and do you know what?... the wiz shouted at me and got all pissed off because i wasnt using my fists and not dd'ing enough; when i could have been making that run a lot faster.

    You enjoy archer for the 5 aps? or do you maybe sometimes actually use the weapon your class was meant to?
    if you only play for the 5 aps, would making a bm or assassin really have made much a difference?
