How to be wanted in squads again

Hey there, do people not take you to nirvana? Are you often left excluded from TT runs? Do you have no friends you can do instances with? Well then this guide is here to help you. Rather than QQ about all the 5.0 aps getting picked first while you're the guy picked last in gym, you can do something about it!


Step 1. Roll a BM. You can also do a sin but for the purpose of this guide we'll be using a BM as an example.

Step 2. Level slowly! Do not rush off to spam oracles and hypers cause then you end up with no money for skills or anything. Do your BHs, use orbs from BH100, they key is to have as much as possible to invest in gears.

Step 3. As you get higher leveled save as much money as you can. Don't go blowing money on low level gear, instead invest towards the future. You don't need those 4x mold gears, you don't need that TT80 gold gear.

Step 4. As you get to 90+ join a good guild, one that does weekly events, this is crucial.

Step 5. Start working towards for the crucial TT99 gears you'll need. Whether you do all HA with evasion ornaments or la wrists or la boots and wrists is up to you, but you'll need 2 pieces of TT99 LA and HA. Go on TT runs whenever you can, go to weekly events if you can make them, these can be huge coin making opportunities.

Step 6. By the time you are level 99 you should have TT99 wrists and one other piece of TT99 gold.

Step 7. Go ahead and get another level, and hit 100.

Step 8. Do BH everyday, the rewards aren't as good as they used to be but you should be able to get decent coins for the mirages, and there's always the chance to get 2mil. Also get your nirvana keys. Yes currently you are ugly and no one likes you, that's why you're following this guide, but soon you will need em.

Step 9. Do whatever else you can do to make money, farm herbs, hell even open TTs, several people I know will pay 100k to open TT, 100k for 2 minutes of standing in a room is pretty good.

Step 10. Eventually you will have enough to go out and get lunar claws b:victory Using these farming coins for another piece of TT99 gold shouldn't be too hard.

At this point you should have:

lunar claws, LA and HA set bonus, and TT99 wrists.

Step 11. Now for the lunar cape, this shouldn't be too difficult as from what I can tell they've fallen as low as 30mil these days. You should be able to get a nirvana squad every now and then, lower level TTs, start farming TT3-1 for GBAs with others.

Step 12. Go out and buy the cape, don't worry too much about the refine, it doesn't refine that well.

Step 13. Now for the hardest part. Having 4.0 should get you into a decent squad even though you're an insufferable ***** that no one likes. Farm uncannys like no tomorrow, merchant, keep up the BHs, see if you can get into the occasional TT3-2 or even 3-3 squad, and save up for the goal of 250 uncannys.

Note: at this point you will either need to get TT99 legs if you didn't have them, or another piece of TT99 in order to keep the -int bonus after making nirvana legs.

Step 14. Make your nirvana legs. You might find that those people who didn't like you will suddenly want you to come to nirvana with them! Don't forget to be an *** to anyone who doesn't have 5.0 aps themselves and call them noobs.


Step 15. Browse the forums for people saying "you can only get 5.0 by spending $ b:cry" and call them stupid.

You miss the point that we want to be taken in squads with our main.
We rolled a mag dd/tank class for a reason, we want and we need to feel useful again.

Everyone knows that rolling a 5aps would solve the problem, but its not a solution that we accept.

It isnt players that should go with the game flow, its the game that should follow the flow of players desires. If it's a good game.

this reminds me my brah, who used to play some grind-mmorpg, which was so dull, that botting was 'allowed'.
so he just set up char on bot, minimalized game and then played some different game...
he was getting his pixel awards, coins and exp - but not by playing the game. i was never able to fully understand propose of 'playing' like that.


now, i know, that there always been better and worse classes to make coins in pw (inb4 herc veno example) but i was still able to make good cash on bosses veno couldnt solo.


atm pw is driving to point, where majority of players (all casters and non-aps) gonna be cut-off from money making ways..


just like in mentioned game, if you werent botting like my bro, then your game-life would be miserable.

This 1 step is all you really need:

1) Don't be a lazy self impoverished mooch bag!

BMs / 5 aps are over rated and will probably choke themselves out of all their boring money making ways by the time most people could follow this guide to 100+. They dominate at Nirvana, but that's about it.

Coin comes much faster at 100+, just don't be a waste of squad space getting there / when you're there. Arcanes can go from Legendary straight to 2nd tier Nirvana.

Guild is nothing compared to a good Friends List / reputation.

Wizards and barbs are only good in TWs now, and other classes anyway are very good in TWs too, just they got a different role.

While in pve and random pvp wizards and barbs dont have a role anymore, they're totally useless.

You see the point? Of course different classes have different roles, but these 2 classes lost their roles and their utility.

While of course maybe aps cant aoe so nicely, but they're good, extremely, incredibly good, with EVERYTHING else.

Mages are also good in delta, and if you are good in TW then a good guild will take you on nirvana and TT runs because they know that mages are kick *** in TW. Barbs also have the ability to go claw build and have 5.0 if they wish.


Wizards and barbs are bad in random pvp? Lolwut? If I can kill an archer that has a +10 rank 8 weapon while having only +5 Gx then I think barbs are alright in PvP.

And guilds prefer to have cash shopped wizards instead of loosing time with non-cash shoppers wizards to help them farm nirvana. Greed is over everything in pwi now.

My guild has helped several mages and psychics farm gears.

Let me rephrase.


A TW guild that takes TW seriously and wants to win will help the mages and psys and venos farm their gear. If nothing else then by letting them leech off of nirvana and TT runs.



But, more importantly, friends will help out their other friends, as I pointed out, if you honestly cant find any TT or nirvana runs, you probably don't have any friends.

if your a 5 aps bm/barb/dagger sin your off soloing tt (well unless you suck...and most people suck)

RB is not an argument -lol. It's not any melee classes I see tanking whole groups of mobs in Warsong. People have to adapt to new found power as well. -When we gonna start doing our BH100's trophy mode style (which mages and barbs would pwn at)?

I got tired of reading all the BS on page one.. So, i'll tell you an even better way to be wanted in NV squads.. you don't even have to spend 1 extra coin. Join a guild that isn't a worthless piece of junk! Then they will be glad to have you. Guild NVs go so much faster...
