    The Barbs, Healers, even venos (like me) are not going to be obsolete we can't. One I bet you the mystic's heal is good but not as good as a cleric its probably equivalent to the Psychics heal.
    Also ok there are tons of bm's, sins, etc that steal aggro from barbs all the time so who cares if there is another toon added to that list. The barbs are not going to go extinct.
    There are always new people joining and unless there has been a worldwide convention made saying that each person cannot choose a cleric or barb then they will still be chosen!!
    Please stop complaining and just wait for the expansion. For all we know it could be a great update to the game or completely fail. We will not know this until it comes out though will we.

    So wait until it comes out and see what happens. THen you will have the right to complain or rave about it. Because I'm sick and tired of hearing all over about people freaking about it. Yes I'm a veno and I am a little intimidated by the mystic and its pets that it can summon but I have heard that it still can't even touch a veno's luring skills. So I think they are purposely making the bomb skill wise but trying to balance them out. So please just wait for it to come out.

    mystics lure better than venos...........
    and mystics healing skills are more like a nerfed cleric. cause their healing is better than a psychics. they have 2 AOE healing skills technically. and one heal similar to wellspring surge.

    clerics won't be replaced simply because of IH and BB. those are the essentials. xD

    This thread went from serious to funny within many posts...
    i got a headache when i read that:

    A Girl was QQing at a Guy for QQing at the girl for QQing at the guy for QQing at the girl for QQing at a post a different guy posted about QQing about a guy who was QQing at the person who made this QQ thread

    Now if you can read what I wrote above without getting frustrated, or have a headache then props to you...your QQ immune system is 100% functional.

    just a prediction , based on the fact that mystic "pets" require mp to stay active, I don't see them playing a "big" roll in the playing of a mystic. (unless it ends up being like sins with perma stealth , which hey it could very well be)

    Plus, it hasn't been confirmed that they deal the same "unreduced" damage like Veno pets do. So all in all, I see in order of ease of pulling mobs: veno (as always ) *insert other class with pull genie* and then mystic of none of the previous are around.

    also as a side note: since it looks like the mystic pet is connected to the mystic itself, i would doubt it reacts the same way a veno pet does on a pull either 1.) not being able to go as far as a veno pet can away from the veno, or B when being "unsummoned" instead of just the target mob coming back to party, all mobs will.

    just my two cents.

    Btw Pys have a good way of luring many mobs successfully, if you know how to use that character to its fullest, you will be able to level any character with it very fast...just grinding on mobs...no joke

    I believe pulling with the summon was talked about in a previous thread. Biggest downside was the pull could fail (the pulled monster getting reset) and the summon being reset back to half health/0 mp. It's possible to desummon without mp cost though. Still have to heal/give mp to the summon for it to be of good use.

    It's like a veno pull, only consumes alot more mp... eh... I'd rather have a veno pull.

    Not to beat a dead horse... but Venos, Clerics, and Barbs as sad as it is for me to admit this... arent needed ._.

    lost a lot of good friends who were venos clerics and barbs when that was discovered....lost my ambition in pwi that same day :\

    You were saying? And yes, I played on the Chinese server. Didn't get the group heal yet(lv39) but so far, its not like the Psychic's heal.

    i hope your being sarcastic. if not you are poorly informed . look at my post on the last page. Mystics lure better than venos . summons are the biggest factor OF a mystic. and their summons DON'T require mp to stay active >_>. lol where do you get your facts from?
    and it has been confirmed that they deal unreduced damge.....
    the summon ISN'T connected to the mystic itself, and it travels the same length as veno's pet. luring is near the same . besides the fact that their luring is faster lol.
    so technically reverse everything you said xD.

    Do you like have to quote everything someone says every time? I was joking goodness. I know what a mystic can do so far. I have been here reading about them just as the next person. I wont be luring though, that's the venos job.

    he has no source lol. they need mp for skills and thats aboout it.
    you actually cant even unsommon the pet without going into a catshop , or putting it on "Hold" then running off the map.

    I Would have to say it makes me giggle the way this thread turned out, first the QQing thing. Then the bashing of veno's which if you noticed or will notice I am not and will not be bashing on any other classes. Also I have read several of the chinese server posts and have seen it saying the mystics lure isn't as good but once again that will be one of the things that we see when they actually come out.
    So sad that this couldn't have been a useful post. But thanks for reading.
