i joined yakuza in june 2010 because i had met some nice people from there: i don't regret it one second and at the time, we did get paid, thank you. Then decisions are made, and changes are applied: don't see what's the big foking deal there!

now if you want to join a faction because you expect to be payed/rewarded/*** kissed, then you shouldn't even try joining: this is not the kind of attitude Yakuza is seeking for in members,we are not aiming for that because we ARE a family oriented guild!!

now you haters can still talk **** as much as you want: we do not care and we welcome anyone who still want to enjoy this game, with us!!

lol wow, people still play this game and argue about this stuff? i left because the "upgrades" made this game suck, and granted, pwe didnt lose my business because i now cs in HOTK, im surprised this is still going on. there really isnt anything to argue about and as soon as people understand that, then things will change. Because really, what are you arguing about? lol i was in yakuza since like lvl 30 for a good year-year and a half, and while we were "enemies" with theClick, it was pointless, like any KOS. essentially, most have to agree that a KOS is placed when people are ****ing bored and need a new enemy. while that is acceptable as this is a game, and people should be having fun, why argue about it in an 11 page forum post which started with a recruiting issue?
i got linked this forum just to read what a certain other individual may or may not have said involving boobies, but looking over the rest of the stuff, its funny. you guys can ofc go on, and its not like my approval or disapproval will have anything to do with it, thats just the way it is.

always remember people, this is just a game lol, and its probably not worth spending your time debating who did what where because its all **** anyways. do you know whats going on in egypt right now? no? well, if you read the news, you'd know that thousands of people are left without access to pornogrophy, or pron, in case the first is censored, as their internet is down (or was) due to a revolt against the president. Did you know that a company in callifornia, bechtel, once owned all of the municipal water supply of a city in Bolivia? thereby causing riots in 2000? idk, some people like that stuff, some dont, and its ok to argue that thats **** too, but its def not worth throwing sht over something as stupid as kos and ****** war as its done anyways.

btw, hotk is a really good game, and i dont think i can get in trouble for saying that like with [that game that shall never be mentioned] cuz its also a pwe game, and the revenue all compounds to reflect their earnings and bussiness breakthroughes in their miserable 23 USD stock which hasnt been doing so well lately. the point being, when a game is done, its done. you win! congradulations. but when you win an mmo its time to go to the next one, and you may argue that you can move some **** around here and there and disband essense when they dominate the map, and blah blah blah, but you'd just be re-cycling a wasted product, that will cause many new guilds to rise, and then plummet.

seriosuly though, check out their stock, PWRD, peaked at november of 09 and has since dropped around 51%, telling you clealy what other investors believe about this companies future.
likewise, from feb 09 to november 09 their stock rose 211%, around the time all that pwi cashshoping was funding the salaries of everyone.

When Terrere transferred leadership - the TW money that we had been saving to FUND TW (because as a faction we provide a lot for TW, which is why the payments that you have all heard of were so "messed up", atk charms, pots, hp/mp charms) - was ALL transferred to the new leadership. So, that really should be the end of that conversation, but troll on if the need fills you.

On a side note i was told to come check out this thread and I got to say, don't make me view another PWI thread unless there are **** involved, I noted a complete lack here and lost interest quickly.

the first 200 mil was banked for bid money, anytime that money went below 200 mil it was put back in, so that takes 2 months worth of salary (starting from 1 land and building up). and soon afterwards we implemented a salary system. and yes money was spent each weak on cata barbs, pots , attack charms , etc. Money was also spent on hh mats to be put into the bank for our guild run system.

so honestly the only thing you can really argue is that the money wasn't used in the best way possible, but at no point was it actually stolen. Now receiving tw payments, you had to sign up on forum the weekend of the war with screenies showing you were there . Sadly some people , most likely the ones complaining and making up rumors, are the ones who didn't do such things.

I don't care what guild you came from that is how we did it in yak.

The biggest problem with TW is the lack of incentive to do it anymore. Essence holds almost all of the land. Good for you guys. You'll need all those mirages, because thanks to the crappy random number generator PWI implemented, you'll need 1,000 mirages to get one piece of gear to +5. b:chuckle

For TW pay, I loved the way Narla did TW payments (biggest TW faction on Arch). They kept a Google spreadsheet online, linked to from the faction forums, so everybody could see how much they were earning from each territory they helped conquer / defend. Everything was very open so nobody could make any claims about anybody else getting paid too much or too little. It sounds like the previous leadership of Yak was not so good about this, but it doesn't make any sense to blame the current leadership for those problems. It would be like everybody blaming Obama for the TARP bailouts. Nobody would ever do that! ...er, wait. Bad example. But you get the point. b:pleased

Finally, as has been stated before, this is just a game. Yes, it's gotten boring because we've all got several toons to 100. Yes, there are things PWI has done that have been detrimental to the game. Yes, people can be immature and stupid sometimes. BUT there is also a new expansion coming with some new features (guild bases are what I'm most interested in) that should help ease the boredom a bit. Besides, in spite of everything PWI has done to the game, MMOs are all about the people. Yak seems to have a lot of events and instance runs organized to bring people together. Meeting fellow gamers and having fun is why we play these things to begin with, isn't it?

Well Vindrael... a lot of people forget why they started playing - or their definition of "fun" is distorted from what Yak believes.

It's ok.. hate us.. love us.. either way - we will go on enjoying the game, running hh's, gearing our friends, running nv, helping with quests... and we will do it with or without you. Noone is telling you that you have to adore us, all we ask is that you understand that old leadership is old leadership...

We are placing a new sign up - UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT -

so either get over it or hold on to it - its your karma, not our's.

who does that without you already having to have CS'd gear to begin with? Thats right, no one does because the guilds that can do it ask for your gear in the application and if its not "good enough" you're boned...
