I guess everybody so far was right that the guy was just trying to avoid tanking.

there were how many people in that squad that knew the name of the person you were talking about? how many could they have told?
how many people in your faction did you tell the name to when you called him out?

that person also (if he comes on forums) knows who he is... how would you feel if someone did this about you?

those are my only points... you may blank out the names- but that doesnt do much...


edit: as a mod i think you should set an example- and be better than the QQers but maybe i am wrong

3.Exactly zero.
4.At the first moment I`ll be pissed off, yea that's true, but then I think I`ll try to get a note and maybe listen to what the people are saying me, not just leaving the squad.

The guy's definitely a hyper baby. I've had a low 9x BM tank Wyvern with no heals or purify.

And on a side note, I like that you still share events from your gameplay even after your mod status. It's a nice change of pace from the other mods.

Wow i was afraid this day may come...the times when some people become too elitists that they have to summon God to tank effin KunKun! And no i know KK is not the same as Wyvern, it's just sarcasm. I have many characters, NONE over lvl 80 and been on several BH51 teams. The only real hard part of doing BH51s is sneaking past Fushma to kill Wyvern 1st. Rankar is wayy too slow so not a problem.

Is it just me or, by the example on this thread, people have become afraid of receiving a few scratches? Even with 1 or more clerics around. Hardcore Powerlevelers don't really feel what real leveling is, learning to play your class always take more than a few scratches, several deaths even to figure what things your character can face. It seems some "New-gen" PWI players don't even want to take a papercut. Some others just rush into the heat of the battle thinking clerics Ironheart heals/BB triggers automatically. Fortunately there's still nice people around that are high levels AND that know what they are doing, AND that are still nice to other people. Those i want to hug.b:chuckle

I've been on the tanking side most recently (finally giving some time to build my Barb), and done it on some cases with my BM and even Wiz (at 59). I can tell keeping aggro is hard when there is people on your team that manages to hit harder. It hurts to tanks when other people is hurt because that's Tank's duty, to take all (or most) the hits instead of the rest of the team.

Okay, it seems that we, the mods, can't share our game experience without been blamed. Apologies to the guy because of who I posted that thread, I hope that he wont be offended if he see that thread one day, and I also hope that he will learn that barbs can also tank the 'scary' bosses or at least try to.
Abra(Derresh), yea I have some more ideas about sharing my gameplay but I`m starting to realize how hard it is to share.
Anyway, thanks everybody, I think I got the answer to my question so no further action required.
